Y’all had best be glad that I didn’t include every story that hacked me off this week. If I did, you’d still be reading this column next Wednesday!

In these tough times, Americans are cutting back and having to sacrifice. Then there’s The Chosen One and micHELLe Antoinette. They are the poster children for extravagance and excess. As I have said puh-lenty of times, he always wanted to be President, but he never wanted to BE President. They love the power, perks, and adulation, but avoid the responsibility and duty as much as humanly possible.

There are some other liberals who won’t sacrifice. I mentioned this a couple of weeks ago, but the city of Oakland had to lay off 10% of the police force, and now I know why. Take a look at the salaries and benefits given to those union stooges! Their ROOKIE salary is more than TRIPLE what a first-year enlisted military person makes, and over DOUBLE what a Noo Yawk City cop makes.

The Arrogant Incompetent (aka Press Secretary Gibbs) lost it again. This time he’s calling the LEFTIST critics of Obama “crazy” and saying they need to be drug tested. The Crawfish finds it difficult to believe that there are actually people to the left of Obama.

Five “Republicans” proved on Thursday that they are in actuality far-left liberals and oppose the Constitution of the United States. They all voted in favor of Elena Kagan for the position of Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. Three of them were no surprise, as they have made it a habit to vote with the far-left: Olympia Snowe-job, Susan Collins, and Lindsey Grahamnesty. Also opposing the Constitution were Judd Gregg and Richardcranium Lugar. Gregg is retiring, thank God, but the other four need to be removed from office at the earliest possible moment.

The Governor of the Great State of Texas, Rick Perry, has told Washington “NO!” when they have tried to force Texas to accept money with lots of strings attached. The result is that the left wingnuts in Congress have attached language to a $10,000,000,000.00 education funding attachment to a war supplement bill that specifically puts Texas into a different category from the rest of the nation. Governor Perry has this reply to the schmucks in DC.

You really have to love it when the Democrats give the shaft to one of their core constituencies in order to please another one. In their great bailout of the teachers unions and government employee unions, the libs took $12,000,000,000.00 from America’s leeches and their food stamps. They are claiming that this is not a bailout of the unions, but since the money is directed to keeping teachers, cops, and firefighters (all unionized) on the job (remember that by the rules of almost every union, the people who would be laid off are the ones who are new to the job and actually work while the ones who have seniority or “tenure” can sit on their asses and do nothing all day and still get paid max wages).

Welcome to the “Recovery Summer” as proclaimed by Hussein and Gaffes. Does a net job loss of 131,000 jobs in July and a negative adjustment of 97,000 jobs in the May/June timeframe show economic growth and success for the so-called “stimulus”? This is the kind of “recovery” that causes Administration economic advisors to resign. If we can get some adults to run Congress and the White House instead of the clowns and children in there now, we might be able to turn it around eventually.

Since he assumed the throne in January of 2009, King Barak I has bailed out GM and Chrysler and turned GM over to the union thugs at the UAW (Note: The Crawfish is a card-carrying member of the UAW). So how do the leftists and Big Union look after the rank and file workers? They decide to build up a plant in Mexico for the next line of vehicles and engines. That is gonna really help out American workers, ain’t it.

There are times when you really have to wonder what the union leaders are thinking. The teachers union in Milwaukee is up in arms concerning one of their medical benefits that is no longer. The school budget in Milwaukee, just like most other public school systems, is so small that the students have to provide many of the classroom supplies. Many teachers are being laid off, and since this is a union the ones being let go will be those with the lowest seniority instead of those who are crappy teachers. So the union is making a demand for an unnecessary prescription drug that will cost the school district more than keeping 12 new teachers. Yep, unions really care about their members…wait…which members are we talking about?

The surrender to Islam is underway in the United States. A judge in Noo Joisey denied a Moroccan woman a restraining order against her ex-husband. The man has repeatedly raped his now-former wife, but Judge Joseph Charles ruled that he was just acting upon his muslim beliefs, so it was all well and good. No, “judge”, rape is rape and the perp needs to be sent to prison for a lengthy stay. This “judge” is, of course, a Democrat. He is a former member of the Noo Joisey General Assembly and the Noo Joisey Senate. He was appointed to the Noo Joisey Superior Court by Governor McGreevey, who himself was forced to resign from office when it was found out that his marriage to a woman was a sham and that he had a male lover (an Israeli) whom he appointed to the position of Noo Joisey Homeland Security Advisor.

It gets worse. The ACLU and the far-left Center for Constitutional Rights are teaming up to represent (on a pro bono basis) the father of an Al Qaeda recruiter who is linked to the attempted Christmas Day airline bombing in Detroit and with the Fort Hood massacre. The poor misunderstood lad is on a list of designated terrorists that some say is also a target list. Any American-based organization that gives aid and comfort to our enemies in wartime is committing treason, and every single board member of those two organizations should be arrested and charged with that treason, tried, convicted, and executed by firing squad the next day.

The hate-filled imam of the proposed Ground Zero Conquest Mosque has friends in high places, by that The Crawfish means the Oval Office and the SecState’s office. The State Department is sending him on a trip to the Middle East to recruit for Al Qaeda and to raise money for the conquest mosque. Okay, that’s not the OFFICIAL business of the trip, but it is what he is going to do. Oh, and this will all be paid for by you and me.

There are times when Democrats propose things that turn me into John McEnroe. The man who almost became President in the 2004 elections just provided one of those moments, proving once again that liberals are working for the downfall of our nation. Yes, let’s bring over a bunch of muslims who are in the prime age groups for Islamic terrorists, and let the “city planners” have access to the underground passageways of Noo Yawk City, so they can plant tons of C4 and semtex in relative cool temperatures and undisturbed by anyone. “You cannot be serious!”

Another nutty week has passed, and we’ve got a lot to discuss. Ya know it was one of those weeks when The Crawfish isn’t even getting into the ludicrous decision by a judge saying that California’s constitution is unConstitutional because it now bans queer marriage. I could do a whole series of columns on that decision, but (grits teeth) I shall refrain.

Well, I’m glad to see that some of the Republicans have finally awakened and started doing some research on what the socialists are doing with OUR tax dollars. A report was released this week detailing some of the expenditures from the so-called “stimulus” bill. The report is over 70 pages long, but you can get a good idea from scanning the table of contents. Let’s see….$54,000,000.00 to the Mohegan Tribe (which is swimming in money from their mega-casino and resort) for a tribal government center that will also include a practice facility for the WNBA’s Connecticut Sun (which plays in the Mohegan Sun Arena, part of the Mohegan Sun Resort), $1,200,000.00 for research into marketing video games to seniors, $193,956.00 to “estimate the impact of stimulus funds on the perceptions of citizens and the choices of local community decision makers” (here’s a hint: if the people knew what you were spending it on, they’d be even MORE PISSED OFF!), $554,763.00 to replace the windows in a Forest Service Visitor Center near Mount St. Helens (the center was closed in 2007 and boarded up, with no plans to ever re-open). Do ya get the point? Outrage after outrage.

I found it to be quite telling when the front page photos in most major newspapers on Thursday showed people celebrating the fact that a judge had ruled in favor of unfettered illegal immigration. Yes, let’s CELEBRATE the breaking of our federal laws. Once upon a time, America’s newspapers were in favor of the United States. Too bad for them that the judge just ruled on her liberal beliefs and not the law. The basis of the Arizona law was already upheld by the Supreme Court with the 2005 Muehler v. Mena case, which happened to be a unanimous decision! Besides, if local and state enforcement of federal laws causes sooooo many problems for the feds, then let’s just tell all local and state cops to stop enforcing federal laws such as kidnapping, bank robbery, illegal drug possession/distribution/manufacturing/growing…ya see where I’m goin’?

The US newspapers don’t mention a word about it, but Canada Free PressBand of Bloggers gets credit for that one! points out that the judge in the case has no say in the matter. Only the Supreme Court can rule on it. The Constitution’s Article III, Sec. 2, clause 2 says: “In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the Supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction.” Bobbie of the Band of Bloggers gets credit for this'un.

I guess even Lindsey Graham has an occasional good day. He must have read The Crawfish’s American Tradition Party Platform 2008 and decided that the ending of birthright citizenship for babies born to non-drybacks might be a good idea, although regular Claw reader and blogger BrianR has pointed out repeatedly that the 14th Amendment’s language does not give birthright citizenship to persons born here who are not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States (meaning citizens of other nations).

As we have expected, the Administration is exploring ways to stop enforcing our immigration laws and give amnesty, but they know the Democrats would lose their majority in Congress PERMANENTLY if they voted for amnesty. Well, there are some memos have surfaced detailing steps that the Administration can take to circumvent Congress and the American people. Yes, Obama and his minions will do whatever it takes to give blanket amnesty to non-drybacks and to open our borders for all. Do they really want blood running freely in the streets? Do they want the people to revolt? Well…..that WOULD allow them to throw away the 2nd Amendment and declare martial law.

WANTED FOR ACCESSORY TO MURDER: Barack Obama, Eric Holder, and Janet Napolitano. A Catholic nun was murdered over the weekend by an illegal alien with multiple DUI arrests. Federal authorities had released him into the population again, even though they claim he was eventually going to be deported.

The Mexican drug cartels have placed a bounty of $1,000,000.00 on the head of Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, AZ. This is a direct threat from foreign adversaries against American authorities. Will the Administration do anything about it? Yeah, right…figger the odds. They WANT Sheriff Joe gone!

Back during the 2008 Pennsylvania Primaries, The Crawfish downloaded the Obama campaign manifesto, “The Blueprint for Change”. I ran a 16-part series tearing it apart line by line as a warning to all who were buying into the hype of “HOPEANDCHANGE! (but don’t ask any real questions)”. Now that we’ve had 18 months of The Chosen One, are my warnings proving to be true?

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Tax Cheat Timmy admitted on ABC that the “Recovery Summer” is nothing more than bovine excrement! He said that some jobs will soon be available, which will cause people who have quit searching for jobs (and are therefore not counted now in the unemployment numbers) to start searching for jobs again, and the unemployment percentage will go back up as a result. That is going to precipitate the numbers going back down if the jobs really do reappear, which he is guessing that they will eventually do. This does mean that the real numbers are probably much higher than the official 9+%.

The “No Shi’ite, Sherlock!” moment of the week comes from Israeli President Shimon Peres. In an interview, he noted that there are now millions of muslim voters (WHY???) in Britainistan, and the Brit Members of Parliament are pandering to them with pro-arab and pro-“Palestinian” bias that dates back to the partitioning of the middle east.

Over the years, and especially since the 2008 primaries, the liberals of America have repeatedly called conservatives “fascists”. Well, our good friend GunnyG has a new column up that examines fascism by its definition and compares it to everything the left in America has been doing. Guess who the fascists are!

Every once in a while, the courts in California do something that is completely shocking. Most of the time, it is not a good shock. This time, it is a very good shock!

The Dim-ocrats’ poster boy for the lack of good mental health care in our country is at it again. Representative Grayson of Florida has used over $73,000.00 of YOUR tax dollars to produce a DVD of his greatest accomplishments during his term in office and mail them to all of his constituents. Since this was not done by his campaign staff, it does not count as a campaign mailing, so all expenses are paid for by us. So what are his accomplishments? Making the rest of the Dim-ocrats look positively smart?

The people of Taxachusetts are seeing the fruits of unfettered rule of Democrats yet again. This time, the Dims in the legislature are trying to take away the citizens’ right to petition for ballot initiatives. In other words, they are going to completely shut the people out of the legislative process, with the sole exception of who they get to vote for. Since they have conditioned the majority of the people to vote for Dims no matter how screwed up they are, the legislators have no fear of the people. Do those people need a new Lexington and Concord?

Uh oh. The Dims are showing their racism and anti-Semitism again. For the millionth time The Crawfish must ask why Jews mostly vote for these people.

Ya know, I thought the Democrats were the ones going absolutely bat guano about companies that received bailout funds giving their executives huge bonuses that were essentially paid for by the taxpayers. As ESPN’s Lee Corso would say, “Not so fast, my friend!” His Eminence Sultan Bu’raq al Obama has appointed Jacob Lew to be the new head of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Mr. Lew was paid $1,100,000.00 by Citigroup, one of the big Wall Street firms that received billions in bailout money, in 2008 and received a bonus of $900,000.00 before leaving to join the Hillary! State Department. Hold on a moment. Aren’t those big bonuses supposedly made to keep the top notch people at their companies? Why did he leave Citi to join Hillary! if he had just gotten such a bonus?

Okay, here’s a hint for those who want to avoid dying earlier than necessary. If two families want to enjoy themselves on a summer day, but not a single member of either family knows how to swim, the families should NOT go play in a river. This tragedy was caused by sheer stoooopidity, which the families had been stuck on for at least 18 years, as evidenced by the names of the adolescents in the water: DeKendrix Warner (first one in trouble but was saved by someone who jumped in after him), Takeitha Warner, JaMarcus Warner, JaTavious Warner, Litrelle Stewart, LaDairus Stewart, and Latevin Stewart. I don’t know about you, but I didn’t see any of those names in the baby name books when we were starting our family 13 years ago.

Just when I was getting used to working night shift, I’m back on day shift starting next week, so The Weekly Claw will once again be posted on Wednesday evenings.

The whole Shirley Sherrod controversy went haywire on Wednesday of last week. The Arrogant Imbecile (aka Press Secretary Gibbs) formally apologized to her for the Administration. The left wing reporters that make up the White House Press Pool were only asking questions about how she was treated sooooooo badly by people who didn’t get all of the facts. The Crawfish doesn’t care what kind of epiphany she had. She admitted to intentionally causing financial distress to a farmer that she was obliged by her position to help. That alone is reason for her to be permanently disqualified from government employment. The fact that it was done because she was a racist is just the cherry on the cupcake. Go back and watch the first half of the video. How many of the people in that NAACP audience are happy that she shafted a white man? Do you see a single one of them denounce her for doing so? Shirley Sherrod was NOT a victim in this matter. Yes, Andrew Breitbart should have aired the whole tape, but that would not have changed the facts one iota as I see them.

Jesse “King of the racial shakedown artists” Jackson is still trying to say that the people who showed Sherrod being a racist are the actual racists. He also believes that there needs to be a black national anthem and that “ethnic studies” (aka blacks just learning about blacks and not learning about all of American history) are a good thing. Why does anyone give him credibility?

If any of y’all ever doubted that the liberal media works together in order to promote the far left and denigrate the folks who actually believe that the Constitution means what the Constitution’s words say, here’s proof that there is indeed a liberal media conspiracy. You say you want more than a column by Fred Barnes? Okay, how about the members of this group discussing how to help Obama in the campaign and how to destroy the new GOP Vice Presidential nominee, Sarah Palin? Bigtime kudos go to Tucker Carlson of www.dailycaller.com for exposing this cabal.

Wait a sec… A See-BS News reporter is actually calling Obama on his flip-flopping? Is this gonna be an “I was for PAYGO before I was against it” kinda moment? Then again, the Obama quote of “So after years of championing policies that turned a record surplus into a massive deficit, including a tax cut for the wealthiest Americans, they've finally decided to make their stand on the backs of the unemployed” is making me laugh because WHICH party caused the economic collapse and which President has spent over a trillion dollars in the red in less than 1.5 years? What a buffoon (sorry to insult buffoons like that)>

Whaddya get when you find a bunch of Obamites who are sucking off of the government teat and feel that they are entitled to loans from banks that they will never have to repay? You get moronic protests such as this one. Exactly what do these leeches think that they will accomplish?

Imagine the outcry in the media and among Democrats (sorry for repeating myself again) if this kinda talk would be coming from a majority Republican Senate. Lots of the Dim-ocrats are up in arms because they haven’t been able to steamroll their anti-Constitution, anti-American, socialist Obagenda through despite having 59 seats in the Senate. Many of them now want to change the Senate rules so that it does not take 60 votes to break a filibuster. Let’s see what happens three years from now when the GOP controls 59 or more seats and someone brings this subject up again.

Every single time that someone from the Socialist Liar Administration steps forth and uses the terminology “jobs created or saved” you know there are trying to sell another line of bovine excrement. As Caroline Baum of Bloomberg News points out, they should be talking about “Jobs Killed or Thwarted”. The only place where job numbers are up happens to be in government, where we need to drastically CUT jobs.

How come liberals love to impose taxes on everybody, but will go to the ends of the earth to avoid paying them? We’ve got a couple of examples this week. First we have John Francois Kerry-Heinz, who is homeporting his new luxury yacht in Rhode Island to avoid Taxachusetts taxes. Not only that, but he had his yacht built in New Zealand instead of at an American (and possibly UNION) company. What a schmuck. Then we have Charlie “Ya mean I gotta pay taxes on my properties?” Rangel. As hard to believe as it is, a senior black Democrat is actually getting officially charged with violations by the House Ethics Committee and will go to trial.

So far, it seems that the federal judge in the Arizona immigration law case is standing with Governor Brewer. The Injustice Department probably thought that this judge would side with them, since she is a Democrat appointee. So solly!

Will the Obama Administration file a lawsuit against the Mexican government like they have done against Arizona? The Mexican government is deploying officials to patrol parts of Noo Yawk City because of “hate crimes” against Mexicans there. They are helping to enforce American federal laws, aren’t they, just like Governor Brewer?

Why in the world did the GOP hierarchy want Juan McLame as their nominee in 2008 when they could have had a real American like Tom Tancredo? The only candidates worth supporting that year were Tancredo and Duncan Hunter. Both are now retired from Congress, and that is our loss.

We keep trying to warn America, but the politicians and media blow us off, but we won’t stop. Islam is trying to take over the United States, and B. Hussein Obama is helping in every way that he can. One of his advisors has teamed up with the imam who wants America to be more “Sharia-compliant” and is building the mosque and muslim (terrorist training) center at Ground Zero. It gets worse. Take a look at what World Net Daily is reporting. These folks say that America is ripe for a renewal of Islam and that Islam spreads through migration. Is there any coincidence that Hezbollah agents have been found in Tijuana?

Once again, The Crawfish must ask America’s Jews why they gave 80+% of their votes to B. Hussein Obama and Hitlery! in the primaries and the same 80+% to the straight Democratic Party ticket in 2008. Are they happy with their votes now? The Hitlery! and Hussein State Department has upgraded the mission status of the terrorist group known as the Palestinian Liberation Organization from “bureau” to “general delegation”, meaning the flag of an admitted anti-Jew and anti-Israel terrorist organization can fly their flag openly in DC and members of that mission will now have DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY! Yep, ol’ Yassir Arafat’s peeps, the same ones who were dancing in the streets on 9-11, have diplomatic immunity in DC courtesy of the muslim in chief.

Does The Chosen One have any respect whatsoever for the private sector? Neal Boortz and the folks at J.P. Morgan have the answer for ya, and not a word of it is surprising to me in the least.

We know he has no respect for the law, the Constitution, or the truth. He proved it yet again when he again claimed that the SCOTUS decision in the Citizens United case regarding campaign finance reform and campaign donations opened the doors for unlimited donations by foreign corporations. As Justice Alito silently mouthed during the State of the Union Address (when Obama first made that claim while fully knowing that he was lying), NOT TRUE! He and his peeps believe what Josef Goebbels said…repeat a lie often enough and it becomes the truth.

The Administration, the Mexican so-called government, and the liberals keep saying that the drug cartels are using automatic weapons smuggled from America to Mexico, even though such weapons are not readily available in the USA. Us conservative types have been replying for years that the automatic weapons are coming from the Mexican government and Mexican Army. Here’s some more proof that we are correct, and that the Mexican so-called government has absolutely zero control over their own nation. Do our open borders/amnesty friends have any reply?

Oh, here’s their reply. The liberals and the media (but I repeat myself again) have imposed a complete news blackout on an act of WAR on our southern border. The drug cartel Los Zetas has invaded the United States and seized two ranches near Laredo, Texas. Why isn’t this front page news? If the American people knew what was going on, they’d demand action and a total sealing of the border, and that would make Bu’raq al Obama and Felipe Calderon look really bad. It might also make the Department of Injustice’s lawsuit against the sovereign state of Arizona appear to be another awful idea from this Administration.

If Barbara Boxer were to drop dead tomorrow, the only veterans to show up for her funeral would be (well, besides the liberals in Congress who have regularly defiled their own service) a bunch of us who would be lined up to take a wizz on her coffin. Here’s her latest outrage against our military. Notice that her spokesperson can’t respond to Boxer’s actions, but instead tries to attack her opponent for unrelated stuff.

Dingy Harry Reid has lost what little of his mind that was left. He’s telling his supporters such things as, “We're going to have a public option. It's just a question of when.” Not once the PEOPLE retake the House and start retaking the Senate! How about his arguing against “fear tactics of those who say Social Security is going broke. It's not.” Uh, seriously? “Social Security is the most successful social program in the history of the world!” No, just the most successful vote-buying Ponzi scheme and boondoggle to ever be foisted upon the American people.

I heard this story while driving home from work at 12:15AM. As soon as I got home, I had to look up the term that the Administration’s peeps used. They actually called the non-dryback who was caught tending the pot fields a “displaced foreign traveler” as if he just got bumped from his flight and couldn’t get a hotel room, so he camped in the pot field. They had no problem specifying the law he broke (the one dealing with the pot, not the illegal immigration) as “Title 21 United States Code section 841, Manufacturing a Controlled Substance”, but they will do backflips to avoid saying “ILLEGAL ALIEN!”

Hmmmm…thanx to Neal Boortz, The Crawfish might just have to order a book from Amazon.com. Which side do ya think I’m gonna be on???

Don’tcha just love how liberals preach tolerance, but are completely intolerant of conservatives and Christians? Augusta State University now has a major lawsuit filed against them because they told a graduate student that in order for her to continue in her master’s degree program in counseling that she had to ditch her Christian beliefs, especially regarding homosexuality (which is considered an abomination by the holy books of the three major religions…Judaism, Christianity, and Islam), embrace “diversity”, and undergo “re-education” (the same term used by leftists regarding their concentration camps in Vietnam for the anti-communists after they were defeated by the communists and the Democrats…same thing…in 1975).

Here’s one for the Liberal Stoooopidity Awards. Florida is mandating that the lifeguard stands on Clearwater Beach be made handicap accessible. Huh? Aren’t lifeguards supposed to be able-bodied with the ability to swim out in the ocean and save someone from drowning? The Crawfish doesn’t know anybody who is in a wheelchair that can meet those requirements. Folks, ya just can’t make this kinda stuff up!

How does Eric Holder and his Injustice Department spend money on fighting crime? Well, there’s the dropping of charges against the Black Panthers. There’s the lawsuit against Arizona for their attempts to actually do some of the crime fighting that the federal government is Constitutionally-mandated to do. This is a public service announcement from those of us with eyes. Ladies, if you weigh as much as an NFL linebacker do not, repeat DO NOT, wear a bikini at the local waterpark. Guys who weigh as much as a linebacker, NO SPEEDO-TYPES! Nobody wants to see that! The Crawfish family and our neighbors went to a waterpark on Sunday (yes, I’m as red as a cooked crawfish) and there were 5 hogs to every hardbody, and most of the hogs were not shy about showing off the jiggling blubber rolls. Our modern society has no shame.

As many of us scrimp a bit in order to take our families to a waterpark, or a Six Flags, or just to make a house payment so the family can use the blow-up pool in the backyard again, Barack and micHELLe host yet another high dollar party at the White House, right after vacationing in Bahh Hahbahh, Maine (and having their dog delivered to them on a separate plane). This time, they are bringing in a bunch of Broadway stars and legends to perform for them and their friends. Oh, and the performances will later be used as fundraisers for PBS. Life’s good when you party on the taxpayer dime. Of course, when you are partying on the taxpayer dime, some folks do get the shaft, but the Obamas don’t care about those “little people” despite what they claimed during the campaign. As long as the Obamas get to have their fun and luxury, they don’t care about anybody else. He always wanted to be President. He just doesn’t want to deal with the job of BEING President.

Since the oil spill started, The Chosen One has repeatedly said the he and/or his Administration “will not rest” until the situation is resolved and everything is put right. Not resting evidently includes taking vacations to North Carolina, Chicago, Maine, 12 golf outings, and White House parties with Paul “I got arrested for pot smuggling in Tokyo once” McCartney and now the Broadway elite. I wish I could “not rest” like that. On top of that, he has now asked all federal employees to cut back on travel and to carpool and such in order to reduce energy usage and pollution…right after his vacation #25. What a hypocritical piece of FOD. Is he gonna ask Queen Nanny to stop flying back and forth to Than Franthithco on her personal government 757?

Where in the world did Florida find this complete idiot? Representative Grayson is now saying that the Republicans are starving children and that Republicans believe everybody in America is already rich. The GOP is just demanding that the Democrats follow the LAW, that they themselves enacted, called PAYGO. If they want to hand out more welfare, and that’s exactly what this is, then they have to cut some of their other entitlements and unConstitutional spending to pay for it.

Lemme see if I’ve got this right. If a city or state passes a law or ordinance that says that their law enforcement personnel are going to assist the federal government by enforcing federal immigration laws, the Affirmative Action Attorney General will file lawsuits against them, but if a city or state passes an ordinance or law that says that illegal immigrants have carte blanche sanctuary and that said city or state will refuse to allow federal immigration laws to be enforced in their jurisdiction, Eric Holder and Barack Obama will do absolutely nothing but praise them. Support federal laws: bad. Violate federal laws: good. What nation are we living in?

You know that the Washington Post’s coverage (or lack of coverage) of a story is heavily biased in favor of the Obama Administration when the paper’s ombudsman writes a column about it in which he slams his own employer.

Bob Schieffer of See BS’s “Face the Nation” had Holder on for a full hour but refused to ask a single question about the Black Panther scandal. When someone asked him about his lack of questioning, he stated that he knew nothing of the situation because he had just come back from vacation. Being on vacation means you missed one of the biggest stories of the political month? Then explain how you managed to ask a lot of questions about the Russian spy ring when that story came out while you were on vacation! Bob’s leaning so far to the left that he’s about to capsize.

Schieffer isn’t the only one who is lying to the American people by saying that they didn’t know about the Black Panther case. Californication Congresscritter Brad Sherman is also completely clueless, and the people don’t believe him at all. He only had two choices: admit that he knows of the situation and be forced to criticize the Administration for their racist actions, or pull a Sergeant Schultz. If he takes the first option, Queen of the House Red Nanny P-Lousy will castrate him. If he takes the second, the people will laugh at him and call him an idiot.

During the Obamacare debate, The Chosen One pledged to a joint session of Congress, “Under our plan, no federal dollars will be used to fund abortions.” When the law was signed, he issued an executive order barring federal funds from being used for abortions. So why are there now TWO states using Obamacare rules and funds to provide abortions? Does Bart Stupak feel any more like a cheap prostitute now?

King Barack I made an announcement this week that by his decree all health insurance plans will now offer a number of services and tests for free, with no deductable or co-pay allowed. Free? Who is gonna pay for them? Oh, that’s right, the eeeeeevilllll insurance companies will just have to suck up those costs, too. This is another step in making private insurance companies less profitable so they go out of business, leading to pure government health care. Anyway…where does he get the power to make such a decree? I don’t see it anywhere in my copies of the Constitution of the United States.

The next member of the Administration to be fired, or at least made to “clarify” her remarks, is Christina Romer, chairman of Obama’s Council of Economic Advisors. She admitted that the Administration’s claims of jobs “created or saved” is completely made up out of thin air. Gee, anybody who isn’t a Democrat or a member of the mainstream media…okay, I should have just said anybody who isn’t a Democrat, since the mainstream media is nothing but Democrats…coulda told you that from the first time the Administration started using those terms!

Besides, since when does the Obama Administration really care about non-government and non-union jobs? Their actions during the auto manufacturer bailout prove that the destruction of private businesses is one of their real goals. If they can get 50+% of the people dependent upon the gummint for all of their income, then the Donkeys will have a permanent majority in the House, Senate, and Presidency, since those 50+% will never vote to slash their own income.

The idiots in Taxachusetts are trying to rid our nation of the Constitution one step at a time. The state’s House and Senate have approved a bill that is an attempt by a national organization to get rid of the Electoral College and make the winner of the popular vote the winner of the election. This does dovetail with the paragraph that immediately precedes this one, don’t it?

The NAACP passed a resolution calling the Tea Party movement racist, and yet here is a video of the US Department of Agriculture Director of Rural Development for Georgia telling an NAACP crowd that she screwed over a white farmer solely because of his race and because she THOUGHT he was trying to act like he was superior to her. Everything is about race to these people, yet they claim that conservatives and whites are the racists. At least Agriculture Secretary Vilsack had the fortitude to fire her when those remarks became publicized. Actually, he did better than that. He forced her to resign, which means she doesn’t get unemployment checks.

Then again, she doesn’t need the unemployment checks. She and her husband were founders of a group that just a couple of years ago sued the US Department of Agriculture for RACIAL DISCRIMINATION and won millions. She and her husband even got extra bonuses of $150,000.00 each for “pain and suffering” in the matter. Note that her husband’s profession is listed in the article as “civil rights activist”, which means that in all probability both she and her husband have shown themselves to be racists in the past.

While we’re talking about racists, here’s a nice video of an exchange between Giraldo and Malik Shabazz of the New Black Panther Party. Shabazz flat out states that blacks cannot be racists because they were oppressed 150 years ago.

The black folks in one North Carolina city believe in segregation, with the exception of the public schools. That’s the message The Crawfish gets when he reads this story about the blacks and NAACP protesting a school district’s decision to stop forced bussing and let the kids go to the schools in their own parts of town. If the blacks of the city lived among the whites, their kids would go to the same schools without the bussing. Can anybody show where bussing and forced desegregation has helped school students perform better? I sure know how it took the Dallas Independent School District from “okay” to terrible in the 70s, 80s, and 90s.

Quite a bit to discuss this week, so place your seatback in the up position, stow your tray tables, and tighten your 4-point harnesses. This is not gonna be a smooth ride!

On July 17, 1996, shortly after I asked for Mrs. Crawfish’s hand in marriage, 230 people were killed aboard Trans World Airways flight 800 when it exploded 12 minutes after takeoff over the ocean off Long Island. The official government report said that a spark of unknown origin set off the vapors in the center fuel tank, which was empty for that flight. A large number of people with experience in aviation mishap investigation and military weapon systems contest that conclusion. They say that the most likely reason for the jet to explode over the ocean was the impact of an anti-aircraft missile. There is puh-lenty of evidence of a government cover-up, especially since the government’s point person on the case was Deputy Assistant Attorney General Jamie Gorelick, who later put up the walls of separation between our intelligence agencies which made 9-11 much easier for the muslims to accomplish. Gorelick also went on to earn millions of dollars helping to run Fannie Mae, with policies that directly led to the collapse of the credit market and the economic downturn that gave us President B. Hussein Obama. She resigned from that post to take a seat on the 9-11 Commission, where she whitewashed her own role in that disaster and blamed the intelligence services for following the rules that she had put in place. Whatever the cause, remember the victims.

Do y’all remember the final wrangling for votes on Obamacare? It came down to a few Democrat Congresscritters, led by Bart Stupak (D-Michiganistan), who opposed any taxpayer funded abortions. King Barack I and Queen P-Lousy promised Stupak and the rest of us that there was language somewhere in the 2300+ pages (that we would have to enact before we could find out what was in it) that would prohibit taxpayer funded abortions. Well, y’all can all say it with me…BARACK AND NANCY ARE LIARS! The Health and Human Services Department is giving Pennsylvania $160,000,000.00 under Obamacare guidelines to set up one of those “high-risk insurance pools”, and this pool will pay for any abortion that is legal in the state. Hopefully, there are lawsuits already being filed in federal court against this.

Speaking of liars, Prince Dingy Harry was questioned about national figures that show approximately 17% of construction workers are illegal aliens. His response was “not here in Nevada.” Does he mean that the number is higher in Nevada or does he believe We the People are stooopid enough to believe anything he spews?

The horrid refereeing provided by FIFA for the World Cup continued on through the championship game, where the English referee showed blatant favoritism for the Spanish team, including denying the Dutch an obvious corner kick and an easy-to-call free kick both with about 8 minutes left in extra time, the last of which led directly to the Spanish goal in their 1-0 victory. The ref thought the game was primarily all about him, secondarily about Spain, and by the way the Dutch were playing as well. Spain was indeed the better team, but the Dutch were robbed.

When she was in her confirmation, Affirmative Action SCOTUS nominee Sotomayor promised that she would support the 2nd Amendment. In the cases that have come before the Court since then, she has proven herself to be a LIAR and anti-Constitutionalist. Elena Kagan is also pledging to support the whole Constitution, including the 2nd Amendment, but knowing her past do you believe a word of it? The Crawfish sure as @(*)@&%% doesn’t. The NRA doesn’t either, and they are trying to educate the public about Kagan and her opposition to our Constitutional rights.

His Majesty made a “recess appointment” this past week for the position of head of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. He didn’t have to do it because the GOP has been blocking the confirmation of his nominee. Far from it. It is the Democrats who have been avoiding confirmation hearings, because they KNOW how controversial he is and that it would reopen the whole Obamacare debate. They really don’t want that debate within 120 days of the mid-term elections, especially with these comments on Donald Berwick’s record: “Any health care funding plan that is just equitable civilized and humane must, must redistribute wealth from the richer among us to the poorer and the less fortunate. Excellent health care is by definition redistributional” and “I am romantic about the NHS (Britain’s failed socialized health care system); I love it. All I need to do to rediscover the romance is to look at health care in my own country.”

Claw contributor “Peppermint2” sent along a terrific short piece by Andy McCarthy of the National Review Online. It seems kinda funny how the Affirmative Action Attorney General and his Injustice Department are going after Arizona, where the new anti-illegal immigration law is not yet in effect, instead of Rhode Island, where the same law has been in place for a while and the cops enforce it and support it. Could it be that Obama and Holder are just doing this for a political splash before the elections? Probably, since the law in Rhode Island has already been upheld by the First Circuit Court of Appeals in Estrada v. Rhode Island, in which the Court noted that the Supreme Court had said in Muehler v. Mena that police officers can ask for anybody’s immigration status verification whenever they want? By the way…Muehler v. Mena was a UNANIMOUS decision. Even Ginsburg agreed!

A female reporter asked Propaganda Minister Gibbs a question regarding immigration law that completely floored him. He looked like Obama without TOTUS. Iran’s pet terrorist group Hezbollah has been caught setting up a network in Tijuana, Mexico. Since The Chosen One wants muslim terrorists to defeat us anyway, this will probably have no effect on his border policies. Of course, if the Hezbullies had brains, they’d be setting up across from the Arizona border, since the California border actually does have fencing and active Border Patrol patrolling, while Arizona’s border is wide open by federal decree.

All I can say about Stan Cox is that he has to be one of the biggest unadulterated morons in the history of the Washington Post. Not going to work on hot days is an option? Is he on crack? Sorry, dumb-bass, but I’ve got bills to pay! This week, The Crawfish started working night shift. That means I drive 40-50 minutes to work in the hot part of the day. This week I am doing so without air conditioning, because my ventilation system on my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe crapped out. I need my a/c so I can get to work and be something other than a stinky sweatball!

It looks like Red Nanny P-Lousy is safe within her own district now. Than Franthithco has banned the sale of pets other than fish within the city. Well, she IS very much a dog and is the pet of the lunatic left! The people of that city really do need to wake up and smell reality once in a while. If Osama bin Laden set off a nuke there, I’d feel sorry for the loss of a lot of landmarks, but that’s about it.

With less than 120 days before the mid-term elections, the Democrats are forming a circular firing squad. What did those governors really expect from a hard-left Administration coupled with an extreme left Congress?

Y’all know that concrete canyon in El Lay that has been the scene of many memorable chase scenes in movies? You know, the one that sometimes has a few puddles in it? In order to greatly expand their regulatory powers to include anything that might find its way into that canyon, which is in reality the storm sewer runoff for the city, B. Hussein Obama’s EPA has declared it to be “traditional navigable water” and therefore subject to all of the regulatory powers under the Clean Water Act. Next week, they plan on giving the same designation to Pamela Anderson’s nether regions.

Whodathunkit? One of the biggest groups supporting Comrade Zero in his campaign was the teachers’ unions. Now they are angry with him and calling for the resignation of his Secretary of Education, Alikskyite Arne Duncan. You know him…the friend of Barack who wrecked the Chicago schools but has the same socialist ideology as B. Hussein Obama so he got a big promotion.

Here’s a big difference between mostly liberal Colorado and Texas. In Texas, this guy would be free, with no charges pending, and would be hailed as a hero and patriotic American, while the other two would be in jail awaiting trial.

The Dems keep blaming W for all of our problems, but take a look at the unemployment numbers since 1995 and notice that as soon as the Democrats’ policies started taking effect the numbers jump! It is time to put the blame where it belongs, on the heads of P-Lousy and Dingy Harry!

Here’s a WONDERFUL idea from the Democrats! Representative Chaka Fattah (D-Filthadelphia) is introducing legislation that would tax you 1% on every ATM withdrawal. If you read the linked article within this article, you’ll see that the proposed legislation would actually put a 1% tax on EVERY debit card, credit card, or cash transaction with the exception of stock purchases. They even want to tax transfers from your savings account to your checking account. What’s next? Are they going to tax you for using the restroom? (Maybe I shouldn’t have written that…it might give ‘em ideas)

Then again, His Majesty’s Science Czar wants to take the taxes from Crrap-And-Tax and redistribute that money. He doesn’t want to redistribute it to our own people, but rather to the “global south”, such as South America, Africa, and southern Asia. Where does he find these socialist idiots?

How do you make a financial system overhaul bill unConstitutional? Well, I mean besides letting Chris Dodd have anything to do with it. How about putting racial and gender quotas into it? Yeah, that’s sure to help the economy.

Blacks in Oakland didn’t approve of a jury’s verdict regarding the death of a black man by a white cop. The result? Rioting, as per usual. Imagine if whites did that for every trial involving a white victim of a black perp when the result was not a death penalty conviction. Those rioters are gonna be free to commit all sorts of mayhem starting this week, since Oakland is laying off 10% of the police force because of budget shortfalls. Just like every liberal city does when their spending outstrips income, they are cutting cops and expect firefighters next instead of cutting spending on the leeches that inhabit Oakland. Take a look at the list of crimes that the cops will no longer respond to.

The NAACP has gone over the edge as well, as if y’all didn’t see that one a mile away. Now they are protesting in favor of the white SEIU thugs who beat up a black Tea Party member outside of a Representative Russ Carnahan town hall meeting. Yes, these white guys beat up a black man and called him the n-term multiple times, but the NAACP supports them. In other words, the NAACP is now simply a part of the SEIU and takes their orders from the union thug bosses.

The NAACP had its national convention, and invited micHELLe to be one of their main speakers. Okay, so she’s the First Lady, so that fits. The main action, however, was to vote on a resolution condemning the “racist elements” of the Tea Party movement. Sorry, but the Tea Party movement is open to all Americans who prefer the Constitution over our current government. Minorities are welcomed with open arms. The Crawfish hereby issues an open challenge to the NAACP to show us examples of racism within the Tea Party movement. If the NAACP wants to look for racism, they should look at themselves for if THEY weren’t racists their title would be National Association for the Advancement of American People.

Props to Megyn Kelly of Fox News for taking on the head of the New Black Panther Party, Malik Shabazz, regarding the Philly voter intimidation case. She got the idjut to actually say that the people who are upset about Holder’s actions are the real racists. Here’s part one of the interview, and here is part two. He even says that the perp’s calls for killing of “crackers” and white babies are words that have been “manipulated” by whites and Republicans. He even calls for reparations for all blacks, as if any living blacks were slaves. Megyn schooled his dumb-bass. Of course, she could have really nuked him if she had played this video of Shabazz praising Osama bin Laden, Al-Qaeda, and the Taliban back in March of 2002. Thanz again to blogger “GunnyG” for this one.

Another world-renowned racist decided that he hadn’t been in the headlines lately, so he had to make a stoooopid and outlandish statement. Jesse-be-the-Jackson weighed in on the departure of LeBron James from the Cleveland Cavaliers and said that the Cavs owner has a “slave master mentality” and was treating LeBron like a “runaway slave”. Really? Do slaves get paid over $15,000,000.00 per year to play games? Why’d The Great Shakedown Artist have to bring racism into question? The answer, of course, is that he needed another headline and someone to shake down for a few million.

The liberals’ war against religion continues. A University of Illinois professor of Catholicism has been fired because he agrees with the Catholic Church’s teachings that homosexuality is naturally and morally wrong. Political correctness calls that “hate speech”, but bashing religion is FAVORED speech. Poll Katz e-mailer “Ginny” gets the hat tip for that’un.

Hold on…they’re at war with all religions EXCEPT Islam. The Administration of Bu’raq al Obama is still pushing it’s point that Islam has nothing to do with any of the violence in the world, especially in Afghanistan. Really? Then why is it that one of the central themes of their supposedly holy book is that all non-muslims must be converted, enslaved, or put to the sword, and the whole world must be conquered for Allah?

Here’s an update on the four Christians who were peacefully handing out Christian literature outside of a muslim festival in Dearborn, MI. They’re getting charged with disturbing the peace. Their actual crime is standing up for Christianity in a muslim-dominated part of our nation.

The Obama Administration, while denying that they do anything to oppose Israel, has now been caught partially funding a Libyan attempt to break the Israeli blockade of Gaza. So when exactly is this story going to be mentioned on the network news or in the Noo Yawk Slimes? Regular Claw contributor “Beachmom” gets the credit for this one.

Does every grocery store, Wal-Mart, Target, Kmart, and such have bunches of electric ride around carts because so many Americans are fat, lazy slobs, or are so many Americans fat, lazy slobs because all of those stores have the ride around carts?

Okay, we have a nomination for the stooooopidest statement of the year. Queen of the House Red Nanny P-Lousy says that unemployment checks are an economic stimulus and create jobs. Just how many of your brain cells must you kill to come up with that kind of idiocy?

Thank God that this guy is okay. Team President Nolan Ryan visited him in the hospital and gave him the ball he had been trying to catch.

We’ve all been watching and waiting for the complete collapse of California’s economy and government because of their excessive spending, regulations, and taxes, but it appears that another liberal-dominated state is going to win the race. Corruptionois can’t pay its bills, not even for essential services. This is what Obama, P-Lousy, and Dingy Harry want to see happen to our entire nation!

That kinda fits in with this column. I’m not saying this is true, but it does fit in with a lot of what The Crawfish, Gunny G, and a lot of others were warning about during the campaign and the first 18 months of His Majesty’s reign. Meanwhile, the Germans have seen what socialism does to an economy and are looking at every way possible to cut spending instead of increasing it. They and the rest of the G-20 nations tried to tell Obama that massive government spending does nothing to spur job growth or economic recovery. They have proven that it does the opposite. Since Obama wants the USA to self-destruct, he told them all to take a flying leap.

The next time you hear The Chosen One spout off that our current economic woes are all W’s fault, just remember what The Crawfish and all of his blogger friends have been saying for the past 3+ years about our economic and credit policies. Don’t ask me why, but I had an urge this week to search for a music video on YouTube. My all-time favorite band, Rush, was the guest of NASA for the April 12, 1981 launch of STS-1, the first orbital mission of the Space Shuttle. The Shuttle was the Columbia, and the pilots were John Young and Robert Crippen, both of the United States Navy. The band wrote the song “Countdown” after the event, and the song includes many of the sounds and radio calls from the launch. It was released on the album “Signals”, and when they played it in concert, scenes from the launch were displayed on a video screen above the stage. The Crawfish went to the Dallas show of that tour. It may never have been a big hit song, but it remains one of my personal favorites.

While we’re on the subject of NASA, regular Claw-contributor “INTHENOW” sent along this gem about Dear Leaders newly announced top 3 objectives for NASA. The first two make some sense, as they are to “re-inspire children” and “expand our international relationships”, although that second one could really be not-so-good considering who the nations are that he wants to have “relationships” with (Iran, Syria, North Korea, the Palestinian Authority…). The third objective is one gigantic red flag: “reach out to the muslim world”. The only way involving space that we need to “reach out to the muslim world” is to launch a large number of ICBMs at said muslim world. The opinion piece by Byron York is a must read.

It just might be time for the US to start taking serious action against Syria. Oh, wait…I forgot…our current government WANTS the destruction of Israel. Silly me. So sorry.
