New Year's Eve 2011- The Weekend Claw

It appears that my last column, using Ron Paul’s own words to prove that he is a lunatic, sent the Paulbots’ heads into a continuing cycle of buzz-click-does not compute-buzz… Not a single point has been refuted. They didn’t even bother to screech.

A) Our good friend Buck sent in this link. Our esteemed Emperor Barack I and his lieutenants Red Nanny P-Lousy and Dingy Harry evidently pushed this through without much fanfare, since they knew the actual working people of America would go absolutely bat guano if they heard of it. There is now a government-sponsored (that means completely paid for by the taxpayers, for those of you who were educated by union teachers) program that now provides FREE cell phones and 250 minutes every month for the folks who are too lazy to get a job (or are living in the underground economy selling drugs or their bodies). Go ahead and look up “Obama phone” in your preferred search engine. We are over 14 trillion dollars in debt, but we can provide even MORE freebies to the leeches of society? The “poor” in America now get free food, free housing, free utilities, free money, more free money for every baby they have (as long as the sperm donor doesn’t marry or live with the mother), and free phone service. In some places, they even get free computers and internet service.

B) The Washington Examiner has posted their annual Top Ten list of Most Corrupt Politicians for 2011. The list is not compiled by their editorial board, but rather by a legal group that has no particular political bias. As expected Obama, Holder, Alcee Hastings, Jesse Jr. and Blago (co-conspirators), and Maxine Waters are on it. The only other Dem is Laura Richardson. Republicans on the list are John Ensign, Spencer Bachus, David Rivera, and Don Young.

C) Speaking of corrupt politicians, check out what the corrupt city council is doing in Filthadelphia. Every single one of them is a Democrat, and the majority are black. They put in a plan that will now allow them to retire, collect hundreds of thousands as a “pension”, then get sworn back in after the weekend is over to keep serving. Can you imagine the national press coverage of this if it was Republican politicians?

D) Here’s some information regarding Ron Paul from one of his former staffers. The staffer says that Ron Paul is definitely NOT a racist. Okay, the only racist stuff we’ve found in his past was from his newsletter, as his hiring practices and such have not shown racism. The staffer does confirm that Ron Paul hates Israel, wishes Israel to be wiped from the map, and consistently sides with the so-called "palestinians" at every opportunity. He also states that Ron Paul is a complete isolationist and thinks we had no business being involved in the European Theater in World War 2, despite the fact that Hitler and Mussolini declared war on us. Ron Paul believes that we entered that war to save the Jews from Hitler, and we had no reason to do so. The staffer confirms that Ron Paul is an idiot on foreign policy.

E) So, your Majesty King Barack I, how’d that “arab spring” work out? Well, representatives from all of the Islamic terrorist groups (which you refuse to acknowledge as Islamic), the government of Turkey, and the two main parties forming the new Egyptian government (Muslim Brotherhood and the Salafists), have met to plan their next moves in their continuing quest to eliminate Israel and form the Worldwide Caliphate. Looks like your goals, and those of Ron Paul, are close to being accomplished.

F) Ann-Marie Murrell has this to say about the Christmas bombings in Nigeria: “The Islamic terrorists in Nigeria--who killed 39 or more Christians celebrating Christmas in a Catholic church--are called Boko Haram. Their goal is to spread Shariah throughout Africa & rid the world of all-things Western (aka the US). As of today, they aren't on our State Dept's terrorist list. IF they'd killed Muslims instead of Christians, would that make a difference? Hmmm.” She’s correct, of course. So who is this bunch of militants from the Religion of Peace? They want to remove all traces of Western culture from Africa. Sounds like Obama’s (and Paul’s) kind of people.

G) Then there are Ron Paul’s friends in Iran, who arrested a whole congregation (including children) during Christmas Day services.

H) Y’all ain’t gonna believe this one. Well, if you’ve been paying attention to Ron Paul you will, but his Paulbots will have a cow over it. Here we have, on the House floor, Ron Paul saying that Hamas was created by Israel. Really? In the real world, which is rarely visited by Paul or his minions, Hamas was created in 1987 as an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood. Their goal, as defined in their charter, is to create an Islamic state in what is now Israel. He thinks Israel created THAT? The man is completely delusional.

I) The Islamic terrorist front group CAIR has scored another victory in the USA. They have managed to force WordPress into deleting a site that exposed the truth about the Religion of Peace. Yes, in America under the muslim President muslim groups get their way with threats, but if a Catholic group tried this they would be under attack by the Affirmative Action Attorney General and his Injustice Department.

J) Michelle (***sigh***) Malkin’s end-of-the-year column is all about Obama’s scandals and those who keep denying that Obama has any scandals. ‘Tis a good read.

K) The Obama Housing and Urban Development Department is now going to offer their services in over 175 languages. First of all, that department is unConstitutional and should have its budget zeroed out. If our government is going to pay for housing it should be for those who are mentally and/or physically disabled to the point of not being able to work and who don’t have any family to assist them. Secondly, we should pay exactly NO entitlement benefits to non-citizens, and since English proficiency is required to earn citizenship, that means that there is no need to have any government agency (unless dealing with international relations, travel/tourism, immigration, or international trade) use any language other than English. Yes this includes voting ballots.

L) For any of y’all who haven’t paid attention over the years, here is the truth about Kwanzaa, the anti-white fake holiday.

M) “Black idiots shoot Marine Officer 3 times. Marine plugs holes with own fingers.” Yep, that describes the latest activity from Broward County, Florida. A pair of local ne’er-do-wells tried to rob a gold chain from a 29-year old Marine officer. He resisted, so they shot him three times in the chest. The Lieutenant Colonel put his own fingers in the holes to staunch the bleeding, ran back to his truck, and told his kids he’d be fine. The idiots were quickly arrested. OOOOOH-RAH!

N) After the Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee spent over a million to bolster his image, Senator Ben Nelson (Donkey-Nebraska) is going to retire at the end of this term. That will probably mean another Senate seat gained for the GOP in this election cycle. Does anybody out there think the GOP can not only get a majority, but possibly hit the 60 seat mark?

O) While the Obama’s are blowing $4 million dollars on a vacation, with almost all of that coming from the taxpayers, Marie Antoinette….er, Michelle Obama is asking the little people to each toss another $3 into the hat to make sure she can take these vacations for another four years. "LET THEM EAT ARUGULA!"

12-28-2011 Special "Ron Paul is a Lunatic" Edition of The Claw

This is a special edition of The Claw dedicated to exposing the insanity of Ron Paul. The first parts are taken directly from the transcript of the Sioux City Fox News debate, with my own commentary tossed in. Since this column went so long, and I have soooo much more on this topic, I will run another special edition next week.

RON PAUL

The main problem we have is the government is too big and the debt is too big and you have to cut spending so you have to get people to come together. They have been coming together to increase spending for decades. We have to get them to come together to do the opposite.

But there are two factions up there, one wants welfare and the other want warfare around the world and policing the world. So you go to people who like warfare you say give me half of the cuts that have to be in the welfare. Go to welfare people and say give me the cuts to cut the oversea warfare spending and bring people together and live up to what they say.

THE CRAWFISH
Since Ron Paul also stated that he would be cutting the budget by a trillion dollars, this means that he would be cutting national defense by 500 billion. The 2012 national defense budget is 682 billion. This means he wants to cut our national defense by over 73%. That is beyond insane. Cutting out unConstitutional departments, agencies, and entitlements would bring our budget into balance.

MODERATOR
Congressman Paul, many Middle East experts now say Iran may be less than one year away from getting a nuclear weapon. Now, judging from your past statements, even if you had solid intelligence that Iran, in fact, was going to get a nuclear weapon, President Paul would remove the U.S. sanctions on Iran, included those added by the Obama administration. So, to be clear, GOP nominee Paul would be running left of President Obama on the issue of Iran?

RON PAUL

But I'd be running with the American people, because it would be a much better policy. For you to say that there is some scientific evidence and some people arguing that maybe in a year they might have a weapon, there's a lot more saying they don't have it.

There's no U.N. evidence of that happening. Clapper at the -- in our national security department, he says there is no evidence. It's no different than it was in 2003. You know what I really fear about what's happening here? It's another Iraq coming. There's war propaganda going on.

And we're arguing -- to me, the greatest danger is that we will have a president that will overreact and we will soon bomb Iran. And the sentiment is very mixed. It's -- it's very mixed even in Israel. You know, there -- the -- a head of the security for Israel, who just recently retired, said that it wouldn't make sense to do this, to take -- to take them out, because they might be having a weapon. So I would say that the greatest danger is overreacting. There is no evidence that they have it. And it would make more sense -- if we lived through the Cold War, which we did, with 30,000 missiles pointed at us, we ought to really sit back and think and not jump the gun and believe that we are going to be attacked. That's how we got into that useless war in Iraq and lost so much in Iraq.

THE CRAWFISH

First of all, there is puh-lenty of evidence that Iran is building nukes. They are working with the North Koreans on bombs and missiles. The latest North Korean underground bomb test was publicly called a failure by military sources in the West, but those same sources have quietly acknowledged that the readings of the test would be exactly what they would expect if the NorKs were testing an EMP weapon.

Secondly, there’s a huge difference between the Soviet Union of the Cold War and Iran of today. The Sovs were lead by sane people without death wishes. They did not want to risk a full-blown nuclear war. Iran’s Mad Mullahs and I’minajihad have said that they WILL use nukes if they get them. They have pledged to exterminate our ally Israel. They WILL give those nukes to groups like Hamas and Hezbollah. If they get killed in a reprisal strike, that is fine with them. They would then be martyrs for Islam. One of the first indicators we will see if Iran finishes a nuclear weapon will be a large cloud rising over Tel Aviv.

Third, not only did we actually find WMDs in Iraq in the form of chemical artillery shells, but that was not the real reason to invade in 2003. You see, we signed (and the Senate ratified) a ceasefire accord with Iraq in 1991. Those accords said that if Iraq violated the terms, the Desert Storm Coalition was required to reform and militarily remove Saddam’s government from power. Bill Clinton said multiple times during his Administration that Saddam was breaking the terms. Clinton violated the law by only ordering pin prick airstrikes instead of reforming the Coalition and invading Iraq. George W. Bush, for all his faults, was 100% in compliance with Constitutional law by invading in 2003.

MODERATOR

Iran is reportedly running exercises on closing the Strait of Hormuz, a key passage, as you know, for global trade. Now what should the U.S. response be if Iran were to take that dramatic step?

RON PAUL

(Screeching) This is -- the plans are on the book. All they talk about is, when are we, the West, going to bomb Iran? So why wouldn't they talk about -- they don't have a weapon, they don't have a nuclear weapon, why wouldn't they try to send out some information there and say, you know, if you come and bomb us, we might close the Straits of Hormuz down.

So already the President, and I think he is wisely backing off on the sanctions, because it's going to be an economic calamity if you take all the oil out of Europe. So I think that makes sense.
He knows these sanctions are overreaching. Sanctions are an act of war when you prevent goods and services from going into a country. We need to approach this a little differently. We have 12,000 diplomats in our services. We ought to use a little bit of diplomacy once in a while.

THE CRAWFISH

Wow, that made almost zero sense. Since when does Iran respond to diplomacy? On top of that, if Iran wasn’t building nukes, why would they refuse to allow inspectors back into their nuclear facilities to verify the claims?

MODERATOR

Senator Santorum, you have a very different thought about the threat from Iran. For several years, according to the U.S. military leaders, Iran has provided training, funding, and lethal arms to jihadists killing American soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan. Are those acts of war?

RICK SANTORUM

They have been continually. They just tried to plan an attack here in this country, killing the Saudi ambassador. They have been at war with us since 1979. The IEDs that have killed so many soldiers, they are manufactured in Iran.

This is -- Iran is not any other country. It is a country that is ruled by the equivalent of al Qaeda on top of this country. They are a radical theocracy. The principle virtue of the Islamic Republic of Iran, according to President Ahmadinejad, is not freedom, opportunity, its martyrdom.

The idea, Ron, that mutual assured destruction, like the policy during the Cold War with the Soviet Union would work on Iran when their principle virtue is martyrdom, is -- mutual assured destruction with respect to Iran would not be any kind of, you know, idea of preventing a war. It would be an inducement to a war.

This is what their objective is. Their objective is to in fact create a calamity. This is what their theology teaches. They believe that it is their mission to take on the West. They don't hate us because of what we do or the policies we have. They hate us because of who we are and what we believe in.

And we need to make sure that they do not have a nuclear weapon. And we should be working with the state of Israel right now. We should use covert activity. And we should be planning a strike against their facilities and say, if you do not open up those facilities and not close them down, we will close them down for you.

THE CRAWFISH

Well said, Senator. While you are correct that Iran has only been at war with us since 1979 (thank you, James Earl Carter), Islam has been at war with the entire non-muslim world for over 13 centuries. Their holy book commands that all non-believers be converted, enslaved (the term is dhimmitude), or put to the sword. The whole world is to be conquered and a worldwide Caliphate is to be implemented.

MODERATOR

Governor Romney, this week President Obama said the U.S. asked Iran to give our downed high-tech drone back. As you know, the Iranians have it on display. They claim they are extracting data from it and they have no intention of giving it back.

Yesterday you called the president's response, quote, "extraordinarily weak and timid." Now in your book you write, quote, "weakness invites challenges, acts of intimidation, acts of aggression, and sometimes war."

So in this case, are President Obama's actions inviting war?

MITT ROMNEY

Absolutely. Does timidity and weakness invite aggression on the part of other people? Absolutely. A strong America, a strong America is the best ally peace has ever known. This is a president with -- the spy drone being brought down, he says pretty please? A foreign policy based on pretty please? You have got to be kidding.

This is a president who fundamentally believes that this next century is the post-American century. Perhaps it's going to be the Chinese century. He is wrong. It has to be the American century. America has to lead the free world.

And the free world has to lead the entire world. The right course under President Obama's plans is to shrink our military, thinking somehow if we appease or accommodate the tyrants of the world, that the world will be safer. He's wrong.

The right course for America is to strengthen our economy, our values, our families, and our military. We need to rebuild our Navy and go from nine ships a year to 15. We need to modernize our Air Force. We need 100,000 new additional troops in our military. We need to take care of our veterans in the way they deserve.

It is time for us to recognize once again a strong military does not create war. A strong America prevents people from trying to test us around the world.

THE CRAWFISH

Well said, Governor Romney. Now will you please explain to Ron Paul how his plan to cut our defense budget by 73% would be sheer madness?

MODERATOR

Congresswoman Bachmann, today is the official end of the U.S. military operations in Iraq, and there is real concern, as you know, about growing Iranian influence inside Iraq. Also, the deputy prime minister there has expressed concerns about the country possibly slipping into civil war. Are there any circumstances as president where you would send U.S. troops back in to Iraq?

MICHELE BACHMANN

Well, I think clearly the biggest mistake that President Obama has made -- and there are many when it comes to foreign policy -- has been the decision that he made regarding Iraq. He was essentially given on a silver platter victory in Iraq, and he's choosing intentionally to lose the peace.

And we all know what's going to happen. We know that Iran is going to be the hegemony and try to come into Iraq and have the dominant influence. And then Iran will essentially have dominance from the Persian Gulf all the way to the Mediterranean through its ally, Syria.

And with all due respect to Ron Paul, I think I have never heard a more dangerous answer for American security than the one that we just heard from Ron Paul. And I'll tell you the reason why.
And the reason why I would say that is because we know, without a shadow of a doubt, that Iran will take a nuclear weapon, they will use it to wipe our ally, Israel, off the face of the map, and they've stated they will use it against the United States of America.

Look no further than the Iranian constitution, which states unequivocally that their admission -- their mission is to extend jihad across the world and eventually to set up a worldwide caliphate. We would be fools and knaves to ignore their purpose and their plan.

RON PAUL

Obviously, I would like to see a lot less nuclear weapons. I -- I don't want Iran to have a nuclear weapon. I would like to reduce them, because there would be less chance of war.
But to declare war on 1.2 billion Muslims and say all Muslims are the same, this is dangerous talk. Yeah, there are some radicals, but they don't come here to kill us because we're free and prosperous. Do they go to Switzerland and Sweden? I mean, that's absurd.

THE CRAWFISH

Uh, Ron? They declared war on us 13 centuries ago. If they are abiding by exactly what the Quran says, they are not being “radicals”. You are acting like the Democrats in America who call anyone who believes in the Constitution of the United States by that same term. The Islamists ARE going into Switzerland and Sweden. They have not made many attacks there, but they are immigrating there and breeding like rabbits, just like they are doing in Britain, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, etc. They will be in position to take control of those nations within a few generations.

RON PAUL

If you think that is the reason, we have no chance of winning this. They come here and explicitly explain it to us. The CIA has explained it to us. It said they come here and they want to do us harm because we're bombing them.

THE CRAWFISH

No, they are doing it because that is what their religion REQUIRES them to do. Was Italy bombing arabs when Black September struck in Rome? They are Islamists, bent on spreading Islam across the globe. They strike us because we are the strongest force that can counter them. Please return to reality!

RON PAUL

What is the whole world about the drone being in Iran? And we're begging and pleading, and how are we going to start a war to get this drone back? Why were we flying the drone over Iran? Why do we have to bomb so many countries? Why are we in -- have 900 bases, 130 countries, and we're totally bankrupt? How are you going to rebuild the military when we have no money? How are we going to take care of the people?

So I think -- I think this wild goal to have another war in the name of defense is the dangerous thing. The danger is really us overreacting. And we need a strong national defense. And we need to only go to war with a declaration of war, and just carelessly flouting it and starting these wars so often.

THE CRAWFISH

If you don’t understand the concept of forward deployment, then you have no business trying to be Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces. We have those bases around the world so we can get our forces and supplies wherever we need them in a rapid manner.

MICHELE BACHMANN

Can I respond? And the problem would be the greatest under-reaction in world history if we have an avowed madman who uses that nuclear weapon to wipe nations off the face of the Earth. And we have an IAEA report that just recently came out that said, literally, Iran is within just months of being able to obtain that weapon. Nothing could be more dangerous than the comments that we just heard.

RON PAUL

(Screeching and sputtering) There is no U.N. report that said that. It's totally wrong on what -- what you just said.

MICHELE BACHMANN

It's an IAEA report.

RON PAUL

(Losing all control) That -- that is not -- that is not true. They -- they produced information that led you to believe that, but they have no evidence. There's no -- been no enrichment of these bombs.

MICHELE BACHMANN

And if we agree with that, the United States' people could be at risk of our national security.

RON PAUL

OK. She took my time, so I'd like -- I'd like to finish. If she thinks we live in a dangerous world, she ought to think back when I was drafted in the 1962 with nuclear missiles in Cuba. And Kennedy calls Khrushchev and talks to them, and talks them out of this so we don't have a nuclear exchange.

And you're trying to dramatize this, that we have to go and -- and treat Iran like we've treated Iraq and kill a million Iraqis, and 8,000-some Americans have died since we've gone to war. You cannot solve these problems with war. You can solve the problems if we follow our constitution and go to war only when we declare the war, win them and get them over with instead of this endless fighting and this endless attitude that we have enemy all around the world.

THE CRAWFISH

Kennedy blockaded Cuba. You would call that an act of war. Your knowledge of the use of military force in relation to the Constitution is quite faulty. There is a difference between limited action and full war. The Founding Fathers knew that. Jefferson fought the Barbary Pirates without a declaration of war. Look up the Monroe Doctrine. As for many of our actions, it is impossible to declare war against people who are not a real nation state. Al Qaida isn’t a nation state, so we cannot declare war on them. The pirates of Somalia are not a nation state.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/politics/2012-presidential-debates/republican-primary-debate-december-15-2011/

In response to this article about Dr. Paul possibly winning in Iowa, I found a response that is better than any I could ever write regarding Dr. Paul:

John R. Vigil, MD Says:
December 19th, 2011 at 1:09 pm I was surprised to see the results of the Fox News Poll showing Ron Paul leading in who the pollsters thought would win the Iowa caucus vote. While, I consider myself a conservative and lean more towards libertarianism, I am nonetheless, quite frankly concerned about the possibility of Ron Paul winning the primaries and–God forbid–possibly becoming president of the United States. My concern comes as a fellow physician who believes that Dr. Paul suffers from a real psychological disorder characterized by megalomania, narcissism, delusional thinking, paranoia, antisocial characteristics, and (abnormal) feelings of persecution. Now, I am not a psychiatrist, but I did minor in psychology as an undergraduate and most physicians have been educated in the behavioral sciences and have been trained to diagnose common psychiatric disorders. Furthermore, it is estimated that the incidence of Narcissistic Personality Disorder occurs 34 times more often in medical doctors than in the general population.
Over the last several weeks, I have been studying Dr. Paul as well as his followers through his television appearances, his letters (and Newsletters), social media, and video clips from You-tube and have noted a very disturbing pattern of Dr. Paul showing all of the psycopathological characteristics of a genuine “cult leader” and his followers showing all of the characteristics of a cult. I have studied cults and their leaders and have outlined the “five basic rules” of being a cult leader. I have also indicated the psychopathology associated with cult leaders as they form their cults:
The number one rule of a cult leader is to polish and cultivate a persona that you–and only you–have been chosen, anointed, or have achieved spiritual, political, or intellectual enlightenment above all others. This shows features of megalomania, delusions of grandeur, as well as narcissism.
1. Dr. Paul has tried to cultivate this persona for over 30 years as the “outsider” and enlightened one within the “Washington establishment”.
2. Dr. Paul has publicly stated that while he believes in term limits, they do not apply to him because (paraphrasing) “there is no one good enough to bring in to replace him”.
3. In 2010, Dr. Paul commented to his wife that he would run for President in 2012 “if things were happening so quickly and fast in our country and we were in a crisis period…and needed somebody…with the knowledge he as, he would do it”.
4. Dr. Paul presents in interviews as haughty and stern and seems to be lecturing rather than engaging in conversation.
The next rule is to appeal to the disconnected, disenchanted, and disaffected in society who are often intellectually, politically, and emotionally immature (i.e., younger people)and convince them that while you have been “chosen” (or more likely self-selected) you are (almost) human just like them and can empathize with their disenchantment and discontent. This shows more tendencies of narcissism and ego-feeding by someone who sees them self as inherently better than others, but with a need to surround one’s self with those less fortunate or less “enlightened”—a “savior complex”, if you will. Often times, the empathy and compassion shown to the acolytes is not genuine (which is a feature of antisocial personality) and is only used for the ulterior motive of personal gain in sex, money, or power (or sense of superiority) or combination thereof.
1. Dr. Paul has always had a relatively small number of fanatical followers who have mostly been drawn from younger people in society. He routinely targets schools, colleges, and other events where younger people tend to be.
2. His “populist” message today resonates with many, besides young people as social, geopolitical, and economic turmoil are perceived to be worsening and more and more people become disenfranchised, disenchanted, and discontent.
3. Dr. Paul’s ploy of not accepting Medicare payment for his Medicare services or a congressional pension—while on the surface seem like noble gestures—are really means to portray himself as “one of us” and morally higher than his colleagues.
The third step is through indoctrination, coercion, repetition, and/or isolation to exercise mind control over your flock of followers by relieving them of their ability to think rationally (usually by not allowing them to test your theories or have access to “the outside”)—but not emotionally—while simultaneously convincing them that your ideas—while plausible (but generally at the far fringes of mainstream thought) are the “light and the truth”. This shows more elements of antisocial ego-building in that the leader is now getting others to surrender their will and rational thought against deep seated norms of the self and/or society while they align their thinking towards that of the leader. Furthermore, this shows the disordered or delusional thinking of the leader who generally has delusional thinking of the world and how it operates and he or she is the only one with the power to fix it.
1. Dr. Paul plays on the emotions of his followers by carefully crafting plausible—and easy to understand– (but highly improbable and at the fringes of mainstream thought) scenarios out of complex geopolitical, political, social and economic issues that are at “top of mind” of our society and that tug at some of our most basic interests (individual freedom, economic freedom, nationalism, sanctity of life, torture, and war) and evoke very basic human responses such as fear, anxiety, anger, disgust, and etc.
2. Dr. Paul’s views on national defense, monetary policy, isolationism, and constitutionalism are considered by most to be outside of the mainstream of rational political, social, and governmental philosophy.
3. Dr. Paul has consistently repeated his messages over 30 years and as noted above, tends to target younger followers who are easier to indoctrinate.
The fourth rule is to proselytize not only your “enlightened philosophy or beliefs, but also to spread forth the word that while you and your followers are “the enlightened or chosen ones”, there will be naysayers and those that will persecute you and the movement. This clearly shows the elements of paranoia and persecution by the non-believers.
1. Dr. Paul and his followers are very defensive when challenged on the issues and their beliefs. Instead of engaging in earnest discourse, they tend to attack and accuse the “non-believer” as persecuting them for their beliefs or of being ignorant and unenlightened in their philosophy.
2. Dr. Paul and his followers display a common paranoia and decry a “conspiracy” of the right, the political elite, and the left against them and their “lofty ideas that will save America”.
3. Dr. Paul has consistently offered the explanation that others are simply “out to get him” by taking “tongue-in-cheek comments out of context” and things that were written in his newsletters (but purportedly not authorized or written by him).
4. Dr. Paul comes off as defensive and angry when challenged in interviews and becomes condescending.
The fifth and last rule is to convince your followers that it is only through blind faith and rigid adherence to your philosophy—no matter how foreign it may be to self or to society—that that blind adherence or “loyalty” is the only path to salvation, redemption, or the reparation of the “perceived” ills of society. This is more antisocial ego-building and the tightening of control over the flock.
1. Dr. Paul and his followers play the same monotonous drum beat about “smaller government”, defense of our borders, monetary reform and fiscal responsibility, “stop the wars”, and national isolationism over and over again like a Gregorian chant and mantra in a blind and stubborn adherence to their fringe philosophy that is the only path to saving America despite practical, rational, philosophical, and real world evidence against and “common sense” opposition to their “zany” ideas, Messianic messages, and Utopian philosophies .
Some authors would add another step which is to construct a “doomsday scenario” for your followers, such as “the end of the world, World War III, or economic collapse as the great incentive to motivate the followers to adhere to and spread your teachings. This, again, would show delusional thinking as well as narcissistic thinking, especially if the leader and his or her followers will be the only ones saved from the impending calamity.
By the way, I too am a Vietnam Era Vet (Army)and also served as an officer in the medical corps for the National Guard during Desert Storm and there is no way in hell I would ever support Dr. Paul to be my Commander-in Chief!

Christmas Eve 2011- The Weekend Claw

The Crawfish and his family wish all of my readers a very Merry Christmas or Happy Hanukkah, with this reminder. Nativity scenes and Menorahs are completely welcome on all state and local government lands according to the Constitution. It is just liberal activist judges who don’t understand that state and local governments are NOT Congress and are not making federal laws by putting up such scenes. Those judges have never actually read the “establishment clause” or the 10th Amendment.

For those who are questioning why The Crawfish didn’t wish a happy kwanza, it is because kwanza is a “holiday” that was made up by a black separatist for the expressed purpose of getting American blacks to stop celebrating the white man’s religion and its holiday.

A) The Psychotic Midget with the Funky Hair and High Heels is dead. His youngest son, Kim Jong-Un is the designated successor, but he is only in his mid to late 20s (most guesses are 27) and has only been being groomed for the job for about a year. He isn’t ready for the job, so the current speculation is that his uncle will be the behind-the-scenes leader, making most of the real decisions, for a few years. Kim Jong-Un has already hacked off many of his military commanders, as he was promoted to 4-star general this past year, even though he has never served in the military. Could this be the first break between the Kim family and the military, and could it eventually lead to a coup?

B) In response to the death of the NorK dictator, the now 2nd worst President in American history sent an interesting message according to the Korean Central News Agency: “In the message Jimmy Carter extended condolences to Kim Jong Un and the Korean people over the demise of leader Kim Jong Il. He wished Kim Jong Un every success as he assumes his new responsibility of leadership, looking forward to another visit to [North Korea] in the future.” Yes, he wished EVERY SUCCESS to the new dictator. James Earl Carter is more of an anti-American embarrassment to the United States Naval Academy than John Sidney McCain III.

C) Here’s something interesting. The newest speculation is that Condoleeza Rice is positioning herself as a possible VP nominee no matter who wins the GOP Presidential nomination. That would immediately nullify the Democrats’ race card. If that were to be combined with John Bolton as SecState, the next Administration would be top notch in foreign policy.

D) While we’re considering foreign policy, any Republican (with the exception of Ron Paul) would be smart enough to NOT make this quote: “Look, the Taliban per se is not our enemy. That's critical.” That came from our esteemed Vice President, Joe Biden. Joe, just like the rest of this Administration, does not believe that any Islamic terrorist group can be an enemy of the United States. In fact, they do not believe that there is such a thing as Islamic terrorism. They just believe in terrorism committed by individual “extremists”, mostly American veterans, Christians, conservatives, and heterosexuals. In fact, it is now the OFFICIAL position of the Obama Administration and the Useless Nations that criticism of Islam and Islamic terrorism should itself be a crime. Is there any doubt which side of this war, which Islam declared on the rest of the world over 1300 years ago, this Administration is on?

E) King Barry and Dingy Harry were screaming about how the GOP was refusing to vote on their “Kick the Can Down the Road, Because This is ALL About Politics” Bill, but ABC News is reporting that the two-month extension in the payroll taxes is impossible to properly implement for businesses. Even with this ammunition in their magazine, John Boehner and the House leadership caved in to the demands of Obama, just like they did on the debt deal and the other deals this year. Boehner is a complete joke of a “leader”. He talks a good game, but when the chips are down he grabs his ankles.

F) Dingy Harry Reid even chastised Boehner and the GOP freshmen with this statement: “I hope this Congress has had a very good learning experience, especially those who are newer to this body. It seems that everything we’ve done this past year has been a knock-down, drag-out fight. There is no reason to do that.” In other words: “Do NOT fight against the Democrats or we will beat you down in the press and make your leadership collapse again. If you stand for the Constitution, you will be vilified as an extremist who hates the American leeches….er, people.” There would be no drag-out fights if the Democrats would simply abide by the Constitution.

G) Bob Dole endorsed Mittens last week. Wait, Bob Dole is alive? Who knew and who cared? It looks like the GOP establishment is grasping at straws to do everything they can to prevent any actual conservatives from getting the nomination.

H) In related news, here’s a big shocker for ya. George H. W. Bush has endorsed Mitt Romney for the GOP nomination. Imagine that. A northeast yankee (the Bush family is from Maine, not Texas) Ivy League liberal blueblood country club elitist establishment Republican endorses a northeast yankee Ivy League liberal blueblood country club elitist establishment Republican. Did you really expect him to endorse a conservative?

I) Eric Holder has been under fire for his role in the Gunrunner/Fast and Furious scandal, his refusal to prosecute Black Panthers for voter intimidation that was caught on video, and for saying that his Injustice Department would not prosecute blacks in civil rights cases. In the face of this criticism, and his history dating back to the Clinton Administration, he has only one defense. His critics, and those of Barack Obama are raaaaacists! That use of the race card is nothing new for Holder and his Massah. It was used every single time something negative was said regarding Barack Obama during the 2008 campaign and the whole of 2009. Since we are entering yet another Presidential campaign (well, Obama’s campaign for 2012 started in December of 2008), we can expect to see it time and again over the next 11 months ( like this one) since the Democrats have no other defense for the actions of Obama and Holder. Representative Allen West has had enough of the Democrat Race Card and is calling them out on it.

J) The Washington Examiner posts a story about the double standard that Ron Paul and his supporters put forth, and of course the Paulbots go nuts in the comments section. Too bad they cannot factually refute a single bit of the story.

K) Check this out. Ron Paul now says that Bradley Manning, an American traitor and homosexual scumbag, should be seen as a “political hero” and a “true patriot” for his actions in giving military secrets to Wikileaks. Yes, giving out military secrets during a time of war is heroic and patriotic, according to the most anti-American military candidate in the history of the Republican Party.

L) Ron Paul has been busy disavowing much of the content of his old newsletters, but according to his spokesperson anything written regarding those newsletters that includes his signature is endorsed by Paul. So when he sent out solicitation letters with his signature, and those note coming race wars, federal cover-ups of homosexuality, and claims that the reason for changing the colors of our currency was so the government could track people with the new money, that means those are his official positions. Gawd, is that man ever screwed up. By the way, The Crawfish doesn’t believe any of his denials of the content of his newsletters. All of that vile anti-semetic and racist content was approved by him before publication.

M) Y’all remember Cynthia McKinney, right? She is the anti-American former Congresscritter from Jawja who was so far to the left that Barack Obama looks conservative in comparison. She supported Hamas, even helping Hamas attempt to break through Israeli blockades to give aid to Hamas in Gaza while still serving in Congress. She was the Presidential candidate for the Green Party a few years ago, supporting lifelong welfare at a “living wage” for anybody who was too lazy to get a job, even if they were completely mentally and physically able to work. Of course, McKinney’s definition of mental competency is highly questionable. She was eventually replaced in Congress by a guy who is such an idiot as to believe that if the US stations more Marines on Guam it might cause the island to tip over and sink. So where am I going with this? RON PAUL ENDORSED MCKINNEY back in 2008!

N) The Crawfish has found a good place for Congress to show that they are serious about spending reduction. Although it would be mostly paid for by the slaves…er, PEOPLE of California, the California high speed rail project has already tripled in cost before a single shovel has hit the dirt. In 2008, the state’s government promised that the project would cost $33 billion. The projection is already up to $99 billion, and we all know that once the unions get involved the cost will at least double again and the timetable will be extended by 50%. Of course, the Obama Administration wants the project to proceed.

O) That’s just the tip of the iceberg, as we all know. Senator Coburn of Oklahoma has released his “Wastebook 2011” with a ton of ways the government has thrown our hard-earned tax dollars into the rubbish bin. Will somebody explain why we are spending millions to help mango production in Pakistan?

P) Here’s more spending that needs to be chopped. If this story does not piss you off, you must be an Obama supporter. Send the damned bill for this to the First Grifter!

Q) Normally I am supportive of soccer referees, since I used to be one. In this story, however, the referee completely blew it. The goalkeeper should have kicked that drunken attacker into unconsciousness.

R) Here is your Laughable Statement of the Year Award winner for 2011: “I would put our legislative and foreign policy accomplishments in our first two years against any president — with the possible exceptions of Johnson, F.D.R., and Lincoln — just in terms of what we’ve gotten done in modern history.” Yes, Barack Obama thinks he is the 4th greatest President in history, and ranks the 3rd worst (LBJ) as one of the 3 ahead of him. Sorry Your Majesty, but the three WORST Presidents in our nation’s history are YOU, James Earl Carter, and Lyndon Baines Johnson.

"[A] wise and frugal government ... shall restrain men from injuring one another, shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government." --Thomas Jefferson, First Inaugural Address, 1801

12-16-2011 The Weekend Claw

It's beginning to look a lot like ...well, I was gonna say Christmas, but primary season seems to have taken over.

A) In the first twenty minutes of the GOP debate on Thursday, Ron Paul said that 50% of all spending cuts need to come from national defense. Consider that he said he would cut $1 TRILLION from the budget in his first year. Then consider that the entire proposed defense budget for 2012 (passed this week) is $682 billion, which means he would slash the defense budget by OVER 73%. Have I mentioned lately that he is a F***ING IDIOT? Later, he said that there is absolutely no proof that Iran is trying to make a nuclear weapon and that Iran really hasn’t pledged to exterminate Israel. He will continue to say that there’s no proof on either issue until there is a mushroom cloud over Tel Aviv. As good as he is on domestic issues, his national defense and foreign policy lunacy makes him completely untenable as a serious candidate to all but his rabid, brainwashed followers.

B) The GOP debate this week was the first one that I watched in its entirety. Mittens and Newt came across much better than I expected under the circumstances, even though Newt once again said that illegals who have broken our laws for 25+ years should get a free pass. While I don’t really care for either and have major disagreements with them, they are both much more worthy of being President than anybody who has a jackass as their symbol. Rick Perry did quite well, except for his stooooopid Tim Tebow comments. Rick Santorum was solid, but he really has no weight to his campaign or message. Michelle Bachmann looked almost plastic, but her performance gets a good grade. She showed that she is not afraid to go toe-to-toe with anybody, and she did a great job of getting Ron Paul to self-immolate. Governor Huntsman made a good case for his conservatism and experience, but the fact that he willingly went to work for the Obama Administration makes him a non-starter in this race.

C) True to his roots as a history professor and realist, Newt Gingrich has hacked off Islamic terrorists and their enablers throughout the Middle East, Europe, and the Democratic Party (oh…and in the Republican “establishment”). Newt has pointed out that the so-called palestinians are in fact a made-up people. They are merely arabs who formerly lived under the Ottoman Empire. He also pointed out how the Islamic terrorists constantly bombard Israel with missiles and other terrorist attacks while demanding that Israel pursue peace by giving away their whole nation. The so-called palestinians preach nothing but hatred and the murder of Jews in their schools (paid for by US aid dollars) and say that Israel has no right to exist, but their supporters in CAIR and the Democratic Party keep preaching about how they want nothing but peaceful co-existence. Combine that with his insistence that he would make John Bolton SecState and I’m starting to like (not endorsing…just liking more than before) Newt more and more, despite his numerous flaws. Now if we could only get him to admit that any kind of amnesty for illegals is a bad idea.

D) She’s at it again. You’ve gotta give props to Red Nanny P-Lousy for her persistence, even if it is based completely on ignorance and liberal politics. “The unemployment insurance extension is not only good for individuals. It has a macroeconomic impact. As macroeconomic advisers have stated, it would make a difference of 600,000 jobs to our economy.” Yes, she is still claiming that handing out checks for people NOT working means we “save or create” 600,000 jobs. That’s only true if we’re employing government workers to hand out checks individually to each and every unemployed person out there, with those workers having to travel to each home singly, hand out a single check, then return to the office to get the next check.

E) SCOTUS Justice Elena Kagan has recused herself from the case involving the Arizona immigration laws. This is a promising sign for the coming term, as she is under pressure to do the same thing on the Obamacare case since she was Solicitor General for the Administration when that bill was being shoved through Congress. In fact, the Department of Justice issued a memo, sent to Kagan, informing her that she did indeed substantially participate in a case that is directly tied to the Obamacare law. This means that not only does she need to recuse herself, but that she committed perjury in her confirmation hearings and should be impeached.

F) The Chairman of the Democratic Party of Indiana is quitting. He’s saying it is because seven years in that job is enough, but the real reason is that it has become known that the signatures required to get Barack Obama on the 2008 ballots in that state were fraudulent, and an investigation is now underway.

G) Barack Obama has transitioned from liar to completely delusional. Now he is claiming that Republicans around the country support his ideas. That’s like saying the Cuban community of southern Florida supports the ideas of Fidel Castro. Then again, everything he said in his 60 Minutes interview was complete Bravo Sierra, but See BS didn’t challenge him at all.

H) Barack Obama is threatening to veto a bill that would create over 20,000 union jobs directly, and over 500,000 jobs indirectly. Why? The only reason is because he wants American energy prices to go higher instead of getting lower. Will the unions raise a stink over this, or will they roll over and once again pledge their undying support for him? Of course, Obama says the Republicans are the ones playing politics here.

I) FINALLY! The Securities and Exchange Commission has filed fraud charges on eight former Freddie and Fannie execs. So far only two of them have been identified, so we don’t know if the two top fraudsters, Jamie Gorelick and Franklin Raines, are among the indicted. Since Obama and Holder are still in power it is doubtful that those two are getting charged, and if they are charged the Administration will make sure the trial gets delayed until 2013, and will pardon all involved after the election.

J) Ann Coulter has now lost all credibility. On Sean Hannity’s television show, she actually said that Mitt Romney is the most conservative of the GOP hopefuls. Right, and the Indianapolis Colts are a really good team this season.

K) Babs Boxer is an idiot. I know, I know, y’all already knew that, but take this into account. She railed this week on the Senate floor about Republicans wanting to allow coal-fired power plants to keep operating. She said this means the GOP wants to kill 8100 people. She unhesitatingly supports abortion on demand, which kills a LOT more than 8100 per year. She even mentions mercury in this screech, but doesn’t she support forcing Americans to use CFL light bulbs? They contain mercury, which poisons the air in a house if they break.

L) I don’t normally include stories like this in my columns, but I like this one. Longtime reader of The Claw, Jesse “The Mind”, sends us this primer on derivatives:

Heidi is the proprietor of a bar in ...

She realizes that virtually all of her customers are unemployed alcoholics and, as such, can no longer afford to patronize her bar.

To solve this problem, she comes up with a new marketing plan that allows her customers to drink now, but pay later.

Heidi keeps track of the drinks consumed on a ledger (thereby granting the customers loans).

Word gets around about Heidi's "drink now, pay later" marketing strategy and, as a result, increasing numbers of customers flood into Heidi's bar. Soon she has the largest sales volume for any bar in .

By providing her customers freedom from immediate payment demands, Heidi gets no resistance when, at regular intervals, she substantially increases her prices for wine and beer, the most consumed beverages.

Consequently, Heidi's gross sales volume increases massively.

A young and dynamic vice-president at the local bank recognizes that these customer debts constitute valuable future assets and increases Heidi's borrowing limit.

He sees no reason for any undue concern because he has the debts of the unemployed alcoholics as collateral!

At the bank's corporate headquarters, expert traders figure a way to make huge commissions, and transform these customer loans into DRINKBONDS.

These "securities" then are bundled and traded on international securities markets.

Naive investors don't really understand that the securities being sold to them as "AAA Secured Bonds" really are debts of unemployed alcoholics. Nevertheless, the bond prices continuously climb - and the securities soon become the hottest-selling items for some of the nation's leading brokerage houses.

One day, even though the bond prices still are climbing, a risk manager at the original local bank decides that the time has come to demand payment on the debts incurred by the drinkers at Heidi's bar. He so informs Heidi.

Heidi then demands payment from her alcoholic patrons. But, being unemployed alcoholics -- they cannot pay back their drinking debts.

Since Heidi cannot fulfill her loan obligations she is forced into bankruptcy. The bar closes and Heidi's 11 employees lose their jobs.

Overnight, DRINKBOND prices drop by 90%.

The collapsed bond asset value destroys the bank's liquidity and prevents it from issuing new loans, thus freezing credit and economic activity in the community.

The suppliers of Heidi's bar had granted her generous payment extensions and had invested their firms' pension funds in the BOND securities.

They find they are now faced with having to write off her bad debt and with losing over 90% of the presumed value of the bonds.

Her wine supplier also claims bankruptcy, closing the doors on a family business that had endured for three generations, her beer supplier is taken over by a competitor, who immediately closes the local plant and lays off 150 workers.

Fortunately though, the bank, the brokerage houses and their respective executives are saved and bailed out by a multibillion dollar no-strings attached cash infusion from the government.

The funds required for this bailout are obtained by new taxes levied on employed, middle-class, nondrinkers who have never been in Heidi's bar.

Now do you understand?

12-10-2011 The Weekend Claw

Congrats to Robert Griffin III, the son of a dual-military family. You have done your parents and Baylor University proud in winning the 2011 Heisman Memorial Trophy.

A) THIS PISSES ME OFF!!!!! Wesley Cook (aka Mumia Abu-Jamal) has beaten the justice system. Thirty years ago this week, Cook murdered Philadelphia Police Officer Daniel Faulkner. He was properly convicted and properly sentenced to death based on the physical evidence and eyewitnesses. Hundreds of appeals later (all paid for by international leftists, black racist organizations, Democrats, radical student organizations, moron musicians, and Hollyweird idiots), a left wing extremist federal judge said that the jury instructions for the sentencing phase of his trial were “potentially misleading” and threw out the sentence. The Supreme Court refused to hear any appeal of that action. Now, thirty years after her new husband’s death, Maureen Faulkner and the new District Attorney have given up the fight. The black power activist and muslim will now get an automatic sentence of life in prison. He should have been executed 25 years ago.

B) Seventy years after the attack on Pearl Harbor, the private school attended by the little Obamas celebrated the anniversary by serving Japanese food for lunch. That’s kinda like serving Halal foods on 9-11 anniversaries or tamales on March 6th (anniversary of the fall of the Alamo). What kind of American military hating idiot made THAT decision? Could this have been yet another school menu suggestion by Moochelle?

C) Barack Hussein Obama tried to compare himself with Teddy Roosevelt this week, with a major speech about “fairness”. His words were manna from Heaven for the brainwashed. He called on America to be all about equality of results, instead of what our nation is really about, equality of opportunity. Obama even said that limited government that preserves free markets “has never worked”, so we need an activist government. He didn’t specifically say it, but his point was that only socialism will work. In this, he conveniently ignores the FACT that every socialist system in history has been a dismal failure and/or has turned into a dictatorship. Representative Allen West rebutted Obama’s nonsense with his own message of what America is all about.

D) The Obama family’s contempt for the US taxpayer continues. His Majesty is now staying in DC for a few extra days in order to campaign against the Republicans, saying that he wants to continue the payroll tax cuts (which will cause us all to have fewer Social Security benefits later in life since they are based on contribution amounts), but threatening to veto them if the GOP includes language that approves the Keystone Pipeline (which oddly enough means Obama opposes 20,000 union jobs…but the unions still support him). Since he is still in DC, that means that once again Moochelle and her brood are taking a separate flight to Hawaii, with all of the additional support forces and security details this involves. The entertainment of the First Grifters will cost the American taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars, but we must spare no expense to keep Moochelle Antoinette happy. Let the taxpayers eat arugula!

E) Hillary! went to the UN in Geneva to proclaim the doctrine of the Democrats. According to her, and therefore according to Barack Obama, religious and cultural values around the world are standing in the way of rights for queers and trannys. Yes, it is more of the leftist war against religion, but this time it comes with a twist as they are also attacking Islam. The only religion acceptable to the American left is the religion of socialism. For the most part, the GOP is scared to counter this war against religion, but to his credit Rick Perry put out a new television ad saying that he would “end Obama’s war on religion.”

F) So why is this Administration so extremely supportive of the radical queers? Our good friend GunnyG has found some reports that may just explain it.

G) “I try not to pat myself too much on the back, but this administration has done more in terms of the security of the state of Israel than any previous administration. And that is not just our opinion. That is the opinion of the Israeli government.” That quote came this past week from one Barack Hussein Obama at one of his many campaign fundraisers. You really need to pay attention to the words before you throw the BS flag on him, as he really HAS done more for Israel’s security than any previous President, just not in a POSITIVE manner! He has done more to undermine Israel than even James Earl Carter has done both in his presidency and in the years since. As for not patting himself on his back too much, again one must look closely at the words he said. His definition of “too much” is obviously “48 hours per day”.

H) This organization ALWAYS has outstanding commercials. In this one, they are not advertising for themselves, but for a fantastic program that they have been running for years. If you are dry-eyed at the end, you are heartless.

I) In the past decade, American taxpayers have spent a quarter of a billion dollars for penispumps for older guys who have a hard time getting hard and large enough to satisfy their lovers. That doesn’t include the cost of Viagra and other devices or drugs. Why is that an acceptable use of taxpayer money? The reports that 80% of those expenditures were for Teddythedrunk, $lick Willie, Bawney Fwank, and Anthony the Weiner are not considered credible.

J) “Plus ca change, plus c’est la meme chose.” That old saying simply means “The more things change, the more they stay the same.” Here is proof, from a newspaper clipping that dates back to November of 1949. Hat tip goes to INTHENOW for finding this one.

K) The Affirmative Action Attorney General’s Injustice Department is now involved in yet another scandal. I know, y’all are shocked. This time, they are giving out money that is supposed to be used to fight juvenile delinquency, and they’re handing it to ACORN.

L) When Susan Collins is agreeing with me, you know the White House really screwed up. For those of you who don’t pay attention, Collins may claim to be a Republican, but she’s about as conservative as the Kennedy family. Anyway, Collins is one of a bunch of lawmakers who are upset with the Obama Administration because they are referring to the Fort Hood Massacre as “workplace violence” instead of Islamic terrorism. By this definition, other incidents of “workplace violence” would include 9-11 and Pearl Harbor.

M) This proclamation makes me seriously consider making Newt my top choice.

N) The liberal claim of “voter suppression” regarding requirements to show identification to vote has reached new heights. The NAACP is taking their complaint to the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva. Really? Not being able to vote fraudulently is an international human rights violation?

O) The Crawfish family enjoys the Discovery Channel show “Mythbusters”, but for some strange reason we believe one of the episodes for the upcoming season will have to be held back for a while…like until all court actions are completed.

P) Last week I ranted about the Senate passing a bill (with a 93-7 vote) that changed the Uniform Code of Military Justice to now allow sodomy and bestiality. Now we have proof that some Senators are being derelict in their duty, as John McLame admits that he didn’t know about that part of the bill and Lindsey Grahamnesty also admits he didn’t know about it. Meanwhile, Minister of Propaganda Carney and the mainstream media laughed about his refusal to answer questions about the provision. To top it off, PETA is hacked off about the provision and the White House’s behavior.

Q) Our friend Gunny G has an excellent column regarding the signature programs enacted by liberals over the past eighty years. You will note that each and every one is a massive failure.

12-3-2011 The Weekend Claw

This week, Barack Obama said “I’m going to need another term to finish the job.” Looking over the first term, we can only assume “the job” is the destruction of the United States.

A) Debbie the Ditz is back, and she has bleated “They know they can't win elections on the merits, so they're trying to rig elections” in response to continuing efforts by Republicans to pass laws requiring that voters be able to show proper identification in order to vote. Yes, the GOP wants to rig elections by preventing people from voting multiple times, preventing people who are not eligible voters from voting, and preventing the dead from voting.

B) If the liberals want to see how elections are rigged, they really need to look either into their own sordid past, or they can look at what is happening in Russia right now. Vlad the Emperor never really went away, and his ultimate goal is to bring about a new semi-Soviet empire. Now he has levied charges against the only internationally-respected election watchdog group that operates in Russia just ahead of the elections. That effectively takes them out of the game. Vlad and his puppet-President are also “spreading the wealth” in order to gain some more votes, just like the Democrats always do here. In a more ominous bit of news, it is also being reported that the Sovi, …er, Russian Army is to be awakened on election day with pleasant music and to be fed a “celebratory breakfast”. This sounds like the tradition of many armed forces on the morning of an expected battle.

C) The Democrats are touting a sharp drop in the unemployment rate this week, but they are missing the key to that drop. Look down in the article and you will find that more Americans gave up looking for jobs this week than new jobs were created by an almost 3:1 ratio. That means things got WORSE, not better.

D) For many years, Barack Obama has been heavily involved with Antoin Rezko, most notably regarding some very shady property deals in Chicago. Now that Rezko has been found guilty of corruption and sentenced to 10 ½ years in prison, the media is happy to note Rezko’s involvement with former Governor Blago, but they fail to mention his associations with The Won. I wonder why…

E) This is what we call a Core Obama Voter. Dumb-bass black chick has FIFTEEN kids from at least three sperm donors, and she expects the rest of the country to pay all of her expenses. She should have kept her knees together.

F) Newt Gingrich is going to catch a lot of flak from the liberal media for these comments regarding inner city youth in our nation, but he is 100% correct. This has been the plan of the Democratic Party ever since LBJ’s “Great Society” programs were first proposed. This is the result of the liberal plantations. Those people will vote for the party that promises them money for nothing.

G) How serious is the Fast and Furious/Gunrunner/Gunwalker/Castaway scandal becoming? Here’s a hint for ya: the Obama Administration has now ordered that the court records dealing with the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry be sealed. Agent Terry was murdered by illegal aliens on our side of the border who were armed with weapons that the Obama Administration had funneled to the drug cartels on the other side of the border with the intent of using whatever violence occurred as an excuse to further erode the 2nd Amendment. The Obamites know that where there is a ton of smoke, there is a fire. Didn’t Obama promise the most transparent Administration in history? It sounds like the most criminal Administration in history to me.

H) The Obama Administration tradition of the Friday Evening Document Dump is alive and well. This tactic is continually used to release bad news when they believe it will gather the least media and public notice. This week’s dump is 1364 pages detailing how they have LIED TO CONGRESS regarding the Fast and Furious scandal. Lying to Congress and lying under oath are major felonies, so will the GOP have the gonads to press charges and send Obamites to prison? Yeah, right, only in our dreams.

I) It gets worse. The supervisors of the illegal operation have all received promotions, while the whistleblowers have all been screwed over. Retaliation against whistleblowers is a violation of federal law, and in the original Fast and Furious hearings, Senator Grassley made sure to point that out. So why has the retaliation been allowed to occur? Dear Congressional Republicans, grow some balls!

J) Here we go again with a federal court stepping WAY outside of its authority. According to the Constitution, Congressional districts are drawn up by state legislatures every decade, following the Census. Congress may alter the way they states draw up their maps, but this alteration process must be done equally among all states, not just those from the Old South. Courts have no authority to draw up the maps. The Texas legislature drew up new Congressional maps, including four new districts based upon the 2010 Census, and these maps reflected the GOP majority in the state. Racist groups filed suit in federal court, stating that the new district maps should be drawn up based upon skin color according to the Voting Rights Act. A federal court agreed with the racists, drew up its own version of a 36-district Texas, and ordered it to be implemented. The Texas Attorney General, Greg Abbott, has filed an emergency stay application with the Supreme Court to block that unConstitutional action.

K) Nancy Pelosi calls herself a “devout Catholic”, but her actions and words prove her to be as anti-Catholic as the Kennedy family. She is unabashedly pro-abortion. This week, she went so far as to lash out at Roman Catholic bishops who oppose provisions in Obamacare that force people to purchase healthcare plans that pay for abortion, sterilization, and other contraception methods even if such things are counter to their religions. Since they oppose such anti-Christian regulations, she says that they are nothing more than “lobbyists”.

L) Here’s some more proof that the entitlement mentality is way out of control. The Filthadelphia School District got rid of their underperforming Superintendant and gave her a buyout of over $900,000.00. She turned around and filed for unemployment benefits! First of all, if she wasn’t doing her job properly, why did those idiots give her that much of a buyout? Well, I mean besides her skin color. Secondly, why does she deserve MORE taxpayer money if she has that much in the bank?

M) Our nation is broke. We have over $15 TRILLION in debt, thanks to liberal policies of the past 80 years. The full folly of liberal policies is on display in Europe, as the Euro is about to collapse. In the face of this news, what Sir Golfsalot of the Intrepid Sand Wedge do? He and Fed Chairman Bernanke are going to join with other idiots and bail out Europe. What mythical money is going to be used for this? Didn’t we already bail them out with with the Marshall Plan and trillions spent on NATO? On top of that, isn’t Europe our COMPETITION in manufacturing and trade? The sad thing here is that even Ron Paul would oppose this and he doesn’t have a clue on foreign policy.

N) Bawney Fwank is FINALLY leaving Congress. The Democrats and their media minions are praising Fwank as much as possible, saying that he helped save America from economic collapse. The FACT that he is one of the people responsible for the crash of Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac (which was the lynchpin of the 2008 economic downturn) and the economically devastating Dodd-Frank law seems to have been lost on these enemies of the Constitution.

O) The Crawfish has attended Gathering of Eagles rallies and Tea Party rallies. Those groups ALWAYS clean up the area and leave it in as good or better shape than they found it in. Contrast that to the “occupy” brats in El Lay, where they left behind over 30 tons of refuse for the city to dispose of.

P) The “occupy” idiots should really try to read this column. It may be a bit difficult for them to comprehend, but…

Q) This is exactly why Barack Obama supported the protesters against Hosni Mubarak. He is in favor of an Islamist government in Egypt.

R) Byron Thomas is a college student in South Carolina. He has taken a controversial position, and he seems to understand history better than most Americans.

S) How in the world did the GOP let this get through the Senate? With NINETY THREE VOTES, a Defense appropriations bill has passed the Senate, but it has one provision that should have caused a filibuster. The provision removes the offenses of sodomy and bestiality from the Uniform Code of Military Justice, making queer sex and sex with animals perfectly okay for our Armed Forces. The Democrats are hell bent on destroying our professional forces.

T) After playing some disgustingly insulting “music” (a “song” called “Lyin’ A___ B____”) to introduce Michelle Bachmann on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon”, the house band’s leader is now claiming that he’s getting a lot of….wait for it….RACIST e-mail and tweets from “Tea Party extremists”. Did the people who rightly flooded his Twitter account with insults ID themselves as Tea Party members? He’s lucky that he didn’t get bricks through his home and car windows.

2011 Post Thanksgiving Claw

Okay, Thanksgiving is over, the weather is turning cruddy, and I have a lot of work to do around Casa Crustacean. That can mean only one thing…time to dig around the attic and break out the Christmas lights.

A) This warning comes too late for your Thanksgiving meal, but take note before your Christmas meal shopping and for all future shopping. If you are a Christian or a Jew, do NOT buy Butterball brand turkey products. The company has admitted that all of their turkeys are slaughtered according to Islamic law including a blessing in the name of Allah. Now that this has become public knowledge, I will never buy any of their products again.

B) Moochelle Obama was at the final Sprint Cup race of the season. When she was introduced to give the command to start engines, NASCAR Nation booed her loudly, as all good patriotic Americans should. Later, she and Jill Biden appeared on the ESPN telecast of the race regarding their involvement in “Joining Forces”, which NASCAR is involved in. She said that the two of them were there to show their love and respect for the troops. Huh? They DESPISE our troops and our military, which is why they and their husbands are actively trying to destroy our forces! Lying beotch!

C) As planned all along by the Democrats, the “super committee” failed to reach a compromise, because the Democrats would not accept any deal that wasn’t made up completely by tax increases and defense cuts. Now come the draconian cuts in defense, along with some cuts in programs for America’s seniors. Notice that there are no cuts in programs for America’s leeches, since they are core Democrat voters. Sultan Bu’raq bin al Obama immediately said that he would veto any attempt to undo the massive cuts to our national defense, proving yet again what side he is on.

D) When I saw this play from the NFL on Sunday, I laughed my butt off. The only disappointment was that the idiot didn’t get a severe neck sprain that would sideline him for a few weeks. Why do those morons think they look good with 18 inches of nasty dreadlocks protruding from their helmets? GET A HAIRCUT!!!

E) The freeloaders have now started issuing demands again. They want FREE public universities, no-interest loans, and forgiveness of ALL student loans. They are pledging to never repay their own student loans. These “people” have absolutely no concept of the real world. The world owes them everything, and they should never have to work for a living.

F) The “occupy” movement can be summed up in two signs. Really, it can! The sad thing is that the holder of the second sign doesn’t realize how true it is. The actions of the extreme lefties are sparking a revolution by those who believe in the Constitution and fiscal sanity.

G) Here’s another update from the Department of Out of Control Federal Government.

H) Where does the Constitution allow the federal government to tell any private company how much it may charge consumers for its services? Oh, that’s right…Obama doesn’t believe in that “flawed” document, so he doesn’t let it get in his way.

I) Newt Gingrich gave yet another smack down to the “occupy” crowd. He told them, “Go get a job right after you take a bath!” Too bad he stepped in it so bad last week with his amnesty idea.

J) NBC once again shows what a completely classless it is. Then again, since it is owned by GE and Jeffrey Immelt, what do you expect?

K) Carlsberg Brewery deserves kudos for this social experiment. Stop the video halfway through and ask yourself what you would do.

L) When a DEMOCRAT Senator is calling for an investigation into the crony-capitalism deals of Barack Obama, you know there is some seriously shady business going on.

11-20-2011 The Weekend Claw

As we enter Thanksgiving week, what do we have to be thankful for? Our economy is purposely being destroyed and our national defense is being undermined by the Administration and their cohorts in Congress. Our heritage, traditions, religions, and our Constitution are constantly being attacked by the far left and their allies in the media and the ACLU. Our government is growing at an exponential rate, completely beyond all semblance of the limited government described by the Constitution. There is scandal after scandal emanating from the White House. The “occupy” protests are getting favorable press and treatment from authorities despite their messages of anti-Americanism, anti-Semitism, freeloading, and anarchy. On top of that, in an election cycle that should be a slam dunk against these socialists, communists, and anarchists; we have a severe lack of strong candidates running for the GOP nomination. Oh, and the jobs market still sucks, as yours truly can attest.

A) Back when Barry Almighty was campaigning, The Crawfish found his main campaign document on his Pennsylvania campaign website. “The Blueprint for Change” was written in 16 chapters, so I wrote a 16-part series dissecting it. That was almost four years ago. Did my criticisms prove correct?

B) On Sunday, Ron Paul reminded all of us that he is one of the biggest idiots in DC when it comes to foreign policy. First of all, he said that American policies were to blame for 9/11, instead of putting the blame where it belongs…on the Quran. Then he said that he would pull all American troops from overseas bases, saying that submarines and long-range missiles are enough of a deterrent. Sorry, moron, but submarines aren’t going to stop the Psychotic Midget with the Funky Hair and High Heels from crossing the DMZ. He finished it off by saying that we should have no sanctions or any other actions against Iran, since there is no proof that they have or are working toward a nuclear weapon.

C) I’m not going to say that the Obama Administration has suborned perjury, but I will point out that other people are now testifying to that point. I know…you’re shocked.

D) Dingy Harry Reid has shown his true anti-American colors…again. He is now on record as saying he will oppose any and all efforts to spare national defense from the draconian cuts that will be triggered by his purposely built-to-fail “super committee”. The Democrats WANT to gut the armed forces as much as possible, and if the “super committee” fails, they can blame it on the GOP no matter what the truth is.

E) One of the Democrats on the “super committee” even came out and said that a lack of a deal wouldn’t be a failure. Rep. Xavier Becerra said that the automatic cuts in defense would be “progress”.

F) There is a plan in writing before Congress to cut the federal budget deficit by $9.7 trillion over the next decade, and it does so without raising taxes. There was even a hearing on this plan, but the Democrats made sure that it would be closed to the public and all microphones were removed from the hearing room. As per usual, the Democrats will pooh-pooh any plan that reduces spending as “not serious” and continue to say that the Republicans are leading a “do-nothing” Congress.

G) European Union has now officially jumped the shark. When the EU bans bottled water companies from saying that their products can prevent dehydration, you know they’re nothing but idiots.

H) Where will the trail of crony capitalism end? As if the Solyndra scandal wasn’t enough, now we are finding out that another “green energy” company used political connections to get a huge taxpayer-funded bailout to the tune of $1.4 BILLION. Of course, the biggest investor in the company, BrightSource, is by no means a conservative. He is none other than Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

I) There’s another crony capitalism deal that has been discovered by the non-mainstream media (which refuses to acknowledge ANY scandal involving Barack Hussein Obama, MMM, MMM, MMM!). The Administration has made a no-bid, no-competition deal, the kind that they excoriated the W Administration for doing in war zones, worth over $433 million for a drug that medical experts say is completely unnecessary. The drug is to treat smallpox, which has been almost completely wiped out on this planet and for which danged-near every single person in the United States has been inoculated. Did I mention that the head of the company is big-time Democrat donor Ronald Perelman, and that he appointed former SEIU purple shirt thug President (and extremely close Friend of Barry) Andy Stern to the company’s Board of Directors to lobby for the contract (and amazingly got another $3 BILLION contract for the company almost immediately)? Oh, and one of the Administration’s top biodefense bureaucrats went after a Department of Health and Human Services person who dared to question the profit projections of the company? This stinks on ice almost as much as the Kennedy deal.

J) Oh, and by the way, the original crony capitalism deal of this bunch is getting worse by the day. Y’all remember when Barack Obama declared that federal bankruptcy laws don’t mean anything if they get in the way of his friendship with the unions? You know, when he gave the actual creditors of General Motors the shaft by giving the company to the UAW and bailing them out for over $85 BILLION? Remember how he promised that the taxpayers would end out profiting from this deal in the end? Well times they are a-changin’, ‘cause the Treasury just announced that the taxpayer LOSSES in that deal have gone up from $14.33 BILLION to $23.6 BILLION. The American taxpayers need to sue the UAW for that money, and need to put every single person involved in that deal in prison for at least 20 years.

K) Only in this Administration… Joe Biden attended a meeting of the Government Accountability and Transparency Board. The meeting was closed to the press and public. They prefer to be opaque.

L) Our good friend Gunny G found a photo from the “occupy” protests that is simply pure gold. Where do they find these idiots?

M) Barry’s illegal alien uncle, who is still holding a job at a liquor store that should be held by an AMERICAN citizen, is trying to get his DUI case thrown out. He’s claiming that his Constitutional rights were violated by the police when they had the audacity to pull him over for driving erratically and nearly crashing into a police car. Apparently Uncle Onyango believes that he has Constitutional rights in this country even though he was ordered to leave the country almost 20 years ago. Listen up, non-dryback, the only rights you have in the USA are the right to get your sorry butt on a plane back to Kenya and to take whatever possessions you have with you. Other than that, you have NO rights.

N) Here is an explanation of why Uncle Onyango is still in the US. The Obama Administration now has a formal policy that they will only deport illegals who are convicted criminals. If that isn’t an incentive for more illegal immigration, I don’t know what is. As long as you don’t commit crimes, other than being here illegally, you can stay as long as you want!

O) Here’s a refresher for those of you who haven’t read my rants about how all of Islam is our enemy. Their not-so-holy book commands that all non-muslims are the enemy of Allah and his faithful.
