4-11-2012 The Weekly Claw

Damn. Since Rick Santorum has dropped out of the race, this November’s election will be between a far-left liberal and Barack Obama.

A) It looks like the Obamas used the old Clinton tactics against Hillary 4 years ago, but with even more muscle. The Chicago mafia is a wee bit better than the Arkansas mafia at that kinda stuff.

B) “Payrolls rose far less than expected in March...” Where have we heard this before? I believe that we have heard this almost every single month since Barack Obama took office. His people keep coming out with these extremely rosy predictions regarding the economy in order to appear competent to their supporters and the uneducated folks who believe what they read in the lamestream media, but that damned reality keeps happening.

C) A former national security staffer for the Obama Administration WANTS to testify before Congress regarding Operation Fast and Furious, but for some reason the White House believes that they can prevent him from testifying. If he is no longer on their staff, they have no legal authority to prevent it.

D) His Eminence Cardinal Raymond Leo Burke, who happens to be the Prefect of the Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signatura (the highest judicial authority in the Catholic Church besides the Pope himself), is the former Archbishop of Saint Louis. He also says that any Catholic employer who complies with the birth control mandates of Obamacare is participating in sin. “It is not only a matter of what we call “material cooperation” in the sense that the employer by giving this insurance benefit is materially providing for the contraception but it is also “formal cooperation” because he is knowingly and deliberately doing this, making this available to people. There is no way to justify it. It is simply wrong.” Cardinal Burke has made many pronouncements regarding the Democratic Party, President Obama, and politicians who actively support abortion. Now if he could only get the Pope to not only publicly agree but take the proper actions…

E) A Democrat Congresscritter takes out a loan from Bank of America and defaults on it. So why exactly should the American taxpayers pay off the loan? I don’t give a damn about any Small Business Administration guarantee. GARNISH HIS CONGRESSIONAL PAY!

F) Since the victim of this attack was a white tourist and the TEN assailants are black, it has been declared to NOT be a hate crime by the police chief. If that one wasn’t enough, how about this one? Reverse the races and there would be almost as much black outrage as in the Martin-Zimmerman case, which has seen the pressure on the state from all of the racist organizations in America (including Holder’s Department of Injustice and President Obama) cause the state to now file second-degree murder charges against Zimmerman when the local prosecutors said that there wasn’t enough evidence for ANY kind of criminal charges. When Zimmerman is found Not Guilty (which will happen if he gets a truly impartial jury) the race riots all around the country will make the Rodney King riots look positively passive, since those people are already looking for any excuse to riot. Then again, the Obama Administration would welcome such riots as political ammunition and possible “Reichstag Fire” moments.

G) Known allies of Eric Holder and Barack Obama, the New Black Panther Party, are already agitating for an all-out race war. Between that and their bounty on Zimmerman, they have committed multiple felonies, but Eric Holder once again refuses to take any action. The Zimmerman family is calling Holder out because they know why he refuses to take any action. The NBPP is a radical BLACK organization, and Eric Holder has repeatedly stated that he will never prosecute blacks for “hate crimes” of any type.

H) Speaking of Holder, a white man recently walked into Holder’s precinct on voting day and WITHOUT ANY IDENTIFICATION was given Holder’s voting ballot. This proves without any shadow of doubt that voter ID laws are very much necessary in the US. Holder’s people responded by saying that this was a case of “manufactured” voter fraud, and was therefore not to be taken seriously. Well DUH! ALL voter fraud is “manufactured”, and the Democrats have been manufacturing it for decades, as evidenced here with non-drybacks voting in Florida. Heck, Chicago has become almost synonymous with voter fraud, and that is 100% Democrat-controlled!

I) One of the anti-American groups headed up by Obama’s former “Green Czar” is pledging an “Arab Spring” type revolt here in the USA this year. They want to put the radicals completely in charge, even more than the past 3 years. If you don’t believe that this is being indirectly run by Obama and his people, you have not been paying attention. The radicals from the “Arab Spring”, yes including officials from the Islamic terrorist/conquest organization called the Muslim Brotherhood, are now coming to DC to meet with officials of the Obama Administration and Democrat members of the House and Senate.

J) Recently the Democrats have been saying that the housing crisis was made much worse because the Bush Administration completely ignored the situation. Well, the proof is in the pudding, as this release from October 2008 clearly shows. Can you say Community Reinvestment Act and liberal fraud at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac?

K) We will finish this week’s insanity with this story from California. This is the kind of stoooopidity that happens when liberals are allowed to run things unchecked by anybody with common sense or real world knowledge. Folks, I can’t make this crap up!

"To take from one, because it is thought his own industry and that of his fathers has acquired too much, in order to spare to others, who, or whose fathers, have not exercised equal industry and skill, is to violate arbitrarily the first principle of association, the guarantee to everyone the free exercise of his industry and the fruits acquired by it." --Thomas Jefferson

  1. C) Actually, Craw, I think the same restrictions apply as do when you sign the confidentiality agreement to get your security clearance. You can't divulge info without the express permission of the authority in control of that info.

    G) Holder's the Racist-General of the administration, so it should come as no surprise.

    H) See G).

    K) As usual, the central planners leave one element out of their equations: the free market.

They can start building in this pattern, and when the homes just sit there unsold, their plan won't last long.

Another consideration: there may not be all that much need for new housing. For the first time ever, the population of the state actually SHRANK. More people left than moved in.

    1. C) Nothing he would be getting asked about is classified in such a manner that Congress has no oversight, and any such confidentiality agreement is nullified by the fact that the operation was not legal. Confidentiality doesn't cover up murder of Brian Terry.

G&H) He's more of a racist than Obama...and I didn't even include anything from his appearance at Sharpton's conference!

      K) They are seeking to make the free market illegal.
Lots of Californians moving to Texas. I just hope they left their brain-dead Democrat ideals there!

    2. Well, on C) it's not an issue of being classified info; I used that as an analogy. But any work the guy did for the administration is considered "work product" and is controlled by the administration even if the guy's left the job. That's their argument.

Executive privilege covers the work product, not just the individual. So he wouldn't be at liberty to discuss or reveal it even if he no longer works there.

Let me explain it another way. Let's suppose you're an attorney defending a murderer. You're party to a lot of incriminating evidence, but it's protected under the attorney-client privilege. You can't divulge it to anybody. Let's then suppose that for whatever reason you're no longer a member of the defense team. That DOESN'T waive the privilege; you STILL can't divulge anything you learned as part of the defense team. Attorney-client privilege still prevails, even though you're no longer involved in the case.

It's the same deal here. If the adminstration can successfully make the case that this guy was covered under executive privilege, he could be prevented from testifying.

Now... that's NOT an easy case to make.

First of all, attorney-client privilege does NOT cover any conspiracy the attorney enters into with the client that furthers a criminal enterprise. Nor does executive privilege. And that's the burden for both sides. Congress (Issa) has to be able to make the case that there's a coverup or some other illegal activity involved; Obama has to make the case that this guy was merely carrying out normal duties covered by the privilege. That's where this issue is going to hang; on how that's resolved.

      Anyway, that's my assessment.

    3. Exactly. Since this is a criminal and cover-up case, the executive privilege argument has no validity.

  2. What happens to Santorum's delegates? Can he pledge them to another candidate? Do they still vote for Santorum at the convention? Can they independently vote their mind?

    (A) Yep. The first black president don't stand a chance against the second black president.

    (B) He thinks he's a hypnotist and if he repeats his mantra in a calm, smooth drone he will be believed.

    (C) Even if he was on the staff they could not prevent him from testifying.

    (D) His Eminence needs to focus more on what the church is going to do about the muslim invasion (and population explosion) and less on birth control.

    (E) Not sure. Laws change. But used to be it was illegal to garnish a federal check.

    (F) Yep. And today the State of Florida caved. The special prosecutor indicted Zimmerman. Uh, Al, Jesse, you guys ever think about that sleeping dragon Yamomoto spoke of so many years ago? Careful you don't wake it.

    (G) See (F) above.

    (H) But there's no proof of voter fraud...

    (I) See (F) above.

    (J) If Congress ever wants to regain favor with the public it should start cleaning up its own house and a good place to start would be with Dodd and Frank. Yeah, they're gone from those august halls but they could still be prosecuted for illegalities while in office.

    (K) Who do they expect to buy those crackerboxes? Retired swabbies from the Submarine Service???

    1. Buck,
delegates won by a candidate can be pledged by that candidate to another candidate (for the first ballot ONLY) or released by that candidate. Usually held as a bargaining chip.
      A) Well, since neither of them are really black.....I still say Arkansas mafia against Chicago mafia.
      B) The media is trying to use The Force. "These are not the droids you are looking for"
      C) See my conversation with Brian.
      D) Enforcing Canon Law is imperative, but so is acknowledging that Islam is NOT a religion of peace.
      E) Not illegal at all. I have seen puh-lenty of military folks getting parts of their checks garnished, especially by ex-spouses.
      F) But the special prosecutor says that pressure from politicians and the media had nothing to do with it. BOVINE EXCREMENT!
      H) EXACTLY!
      J) They are protected under the Constitution regarding most of their anti-Constitutional legislative activity.
      K) The Japanese and illegal aliens.

A)Hmmm.... funny we didn't see this ANYWHERE in the idiotic media. Wonder why? Clintons ain't SHIT compared to Chicago thuggery.
B)Can't wait to see the RNC ads chronicling the failure.
C)Well,I would imagine they would use said Chicago tactics on him as well. Cement boots, anyone?
D)I have a real hard time feeling sorry for these people. IIRC,the U.S. Council of Bishops DID support the bastard.
E)Imagine that. An esteemed member of the CBC defrauding a bank. Then the taxpayers. Unheard of. OK,OK,sarcasm off.
F)Had to laugh when that prosecutor was up there at the podium clearly LYING about not prosecuting under pressure. Until I heard this strange noise. Come to find out, it was my NEW bullshit meter exploding. Now I'm PISSED.
G)And they are CORRECT. The riots WILL start.Under direction of Holder's auspices.
    H)Gotta love O'Keefe.
I)Yep. Got to kiss the asses of those who hate us. All in order to get THEIR campaign cash.
    J)Hmm.... I always thought democrat was spelled I N C O M P E N T.
K)Yes indeed typical. I read that piece at the WSJ site, the comments were frigging hilarious.

  5. No surprise about Mittens. The media and the GOP establishment picked him long before the primaries. The best that we can hope for is a conservative congress while we push for conservative reforms.

    D) About damn time the Bishops got on board. It's probably too late. I have never understood how Catholics can vote and support the democrat party in the last 30 years or so. They are like sheep supporting wolves.

This administration challenges the Bishop's authority so now they fight back... pussies. What about all the other stuff that is anathema to Catholic teachings?

    G) They might just get their wish.

    H) The dipshits in DC now want to prosecute O'Keefe. Amazing that they pursue him instead of their own incompetent system. Yup, kill the messenger!

    I) I caught that asshat Jones on RT last night while channel surfing. This is the last chance to grab the straw. I hope that he is successful in creating an Arab type spring in this country. The American populace need a wake-up call to what the left has planned for us all. The OWS protests simply pissed everyone off. This will have the same effect.

    1. Mittens will stop the Executive Branch sprint to the cliff, and if we get a good Congress he will probably sign the legislation that gets the course changing.
      D) Just wish more Bishops would follow the lead and support the laws of the Church.
      G) Sow the wind...reap the whirlwind.
      H) He did NOT USE the ballot, so the prosecution will fail.
      I) They want an uprising that overthrows the Constitution. They will fail.

  6. Another excellent serving of spicy Crawfish! I concur, the entire Trevon incident was contrived to build and then fan the flames of racial tensions. No irony that this was conceived while the black base was disappointed with Obama's performance!

    Tasty serving Mudbug!

    1. The blacks, communists, and muslims are all disappointed with Obama...because he didn't actively assist any of them in taking complete control of the entire nation.
